Contemporary F2 apartment of 33 m2 quiet, not overlooked on the heights of Trouville 800m from the city center, 450m from the beach. A reserved parking space and access with a lift will enhance your stay.

The refurbished apartment has a living room with a real sofa bed, recent TV, WiFi ethernet box, full bedroom with Queen Size bed, an open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, a bathroom with tub and a balcony of 15m2 without opposite.
The maximum sleeping capacity is 4 people.

The basic products will await you on your arrival, thanking you for reasonable and useful use: small grocery store, tea, coffee capsules, paper towel,
current sanitary products.

(A deposit of 200 € will be requested by check upon arrival and returned on departure)
