In Burgundy in the middle of a village classified "Most Beautiful Villages of France" 2 hours from Paris, 1h30 from Dijon and 1 hour from Troyes.

In the heart of the city, in a paved alley, small house on 4 identical levels communicating by a staircase of stone and wood:
Vaulted cellar: living room with a sofa, an armchair, two chairs, a coffee table and a TV
On the ground floor: a kitchen equipped with a microwave grill, a ceramic hob (2 burners), a dishwasher, a fridge, a hood, all decorated with a zinc or you meals can be served at 4, a folding table is available for 2 extra guests
On the first floor: a double room with a bed of 140x200, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a TV.
A bathroom equipped with a toilet, a shower cabin, a vanity unit, hair dryer
On the second floor under the eaves: 2 two beds of 90 x 200 with WC and washbasin.


In the village you will find:

1 bakery, 2 grocery stores, 3 restaurants, 1 charcuterie butchery, 2 cafes, 1 hairdresser, 1 fishing tackle store, 1 pharmacy, 1 library, all nearby, 1 press with gasoline, 1 mechanic (at 5 minutes walk) from a parking at 3 minutes without forgetting the shops of arts, jewelery, leather, potter, illumination in the heart of the city, 1 doctor
