Vacation in Saint-Martin

This condo has made our vacation a success. It was very well located. It was clean. The amenities that were available were great especially when it came to relaxing on the beach. I would rent this condo again in a heart bit.

10 days at Anse des sables

The small apartment at Anse des Sables was perfect for our 10 day stay in St. Martin. The host and her assistant Titi were very helpful and accommodating. The rear balcony view of the beach and the ocean was right out of a postcard...just beautiful. The neighbours were quite and friendly. A great place to stay.

Almost paradise

This was our first time staying close to Marigot, and it was very nice. The apartment was small but clean and well equipped. It was about a 15 minute walk to downtown Marigot where we were able to pick up a bus or taxi easily. We took a bus to Philipsburg for $2 each! Our apartment manager Titi was a joy! The only negative about our stay was that all the TV stations were in French. My husband had to play cards with me at night for something to do. But, the beach on one side and pool on the other definitely made up for it. The scenery was beautiful. It is a quiet, gated building so we felt very safe at all times. We loved it here

Thank you for your comment, I regret that you did not find the printed list of channels in English in the studio. There was cnn, cnw, bbc, cnbc, trt world, france 24 in English

Logement adapté bien placé,bien équipé.

A la différence d'une chambre d'hôtel, studio équipé frigidaire, machine à laver, four. Adapté pour un séjour en autonomie. Front de mer, mais difficile de se baigner lors du séjour en raison de la houle, ka piscine est donc un plus. Bons échanges avec la propriétaire et la personne chargée de l'accueil. Excellent séjour ici!

As Good as It Gets

This property has all the features you could ask for if you want an efficiency apt with the beach and a pool in Marigot. We had a wonderful 6 weeks here. Only disappointment is we weren’t asked if we would like to return before the same dates were booked to someone else next year. You will be happy staying here.

A. very well equipped studio with a great view.

The apartment is very well equipped with an excellent kitchen, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, beach gear and a washer. The view from balcony is very nice and is an enjoyable place to have breakfast, dinner or just watch the sunset.

Delight on the beach

Loved my week on the beach in Marigot...lovely view over the bay, relaxing breakfast on the balcony, leisurely swims in the warm clear sea... Very convenient to shops and restaurants...

une expérience merveilleuse

Je m'excuse pour toute erreur de grammaire. Je viens des États-Unis et mon français n'est pas très bon. Mon mari et moi avons séjourné dans l'appartement pendant 3 semaines. Ce fut une expérience merveilleuse. Josette a répondu immédiatement à toutes les questions que j'avais avant le voyage et a été très gentille et serviable. Puis il y avait une autre femme sur place dans l'immeuble, Titi, qui nous a laissé entrer et a été extrêmement serviable et gentil tout au long de nos vacances. Elle était vraiment merveilleuse. L'appartement est petit mais il a tout ce dont on peut rêver (serviettes supplémentaires pour le bain et la plage, chaises pour la plage, une machine à laver, beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine et trois types de verres à vin différents, sacs supplémentaires pour le marché, même un parapluie...). Marigot est toujours en reconstruction après <> et une partie de la ville n'est toujours pas en bon état mais l'immeuble est très bien entretenu et en bon état. La piscine et la plage de l'immeuble sont très agréables. Je tiens à vous remercier, Josette et Titi, pour toute votre aide. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.
