Claim Jumper #17 Townhouse with High Speed Wifi

The Claim Jumpers are just across the street from the Red River Ski Area’s Platinum Chair Lift which gives visitors a beautiful view of the mountain and the ability to be within walking distance of anywhere in town.



Claim Jumper #17 is a two-bedroom deluxe townhouse that sleeps 6. This unit is right next to the kids’ fishing ponds.



The front door opens to a spacious living area that includes a wood-burning fireplace (wood is provided) and a flat-screen Tv w/DvD player for the family to enjoy. Also on the ground floor is a dining area with seating for six, a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen, and a ½ bath.



On the 2nd-floor bedroom #1 has a king bed with a full bath (tub/shower) while bedroom #2 contains two twin beds and a full bath (tub/shower). There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well.



Each Claim Jumper unit has 2 dedicated parking places. Any extra vehicles and All trailers will need to be parked off the property. Other amenities include wireless internet, a grill. This property is perfect for those who work remotely because it has High Speed WiFi. No washer and dryer in this unit. The total square feet is 1210.

All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. In the event of a cancelation, merchant service charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay.



**Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Great property. Great location. Easy walk to and from platinum chair. Upstairs gets a little chilly when it is really cold. Christine at Reservation Unlimited was very helpful.

This property was super clean, and within walking distance to everything in town. My only suggestion would be to do some updating. The 2 chairs in the living room are pretty worn out, and you feel like you’re going to fall all the way back when you sit in them.

Beds are excellent and location was awesome. Updates are needed .... toaster only toasted on one side, one burner on stove was unusable, Master bed room bath sink does not drain properly. Two blue rockers in living room must be replaced. When you lean back in them, do so very carefully, they will flip backwards. Someone is going to be injured

Never cranked up my truck while I was there. Walked to the slopes every day. Right across from Platinum Chair Lift. Walked to restaurants and gift shops as well. Great place to stay!
