Large house of 160m2 composed of 2 independent but communicating apartments.
2 large terraces and a large garden and large above ground pool (7X4)
Very quiet area 5 minutes from Aubenas
The house is located in Ucel, village of about 2000 inhabitants, 5 minutes from Aubenas.
Ucel is a separate village in several poles: the Ucel bridge, the old center with the church and the old Ucel with the ruins of the castle and a beautiful dominant point (10 minutes walk from the house).
We have been occupying this house for 3 years and some paintings have not been redone yet.
Many hikes, mountain biking, swimming in rivers, villages of character, ... nearby.
Vallon Pont d'Arc and Chauvet Cave about 30 minutes

Presence of pets on site - 3 nice cats to feed; hens "autonomous"
The accommodation includes steps or stairs - An external staircase gives access to the pool (possibility to bypass a path)
