Séjour d'une semaine en famille

La situation est excellente et l'appartement très pratique, notamment grâce à la machine à café Nespresso, très appréciée. Le personnel de la réception est également très sympathique. L'extérieur était complètement glacé, et nous sommes tombés à plusieurs reprises ! Heureusement, personne ne s'est blessé gravement, mais cela reste inacceptable. Il manque certains produits de base qui devraient être fournis lors du séjour. Cela ne coûte pas grand-chose, mais cela fait toute la différence pour les locataires. Pour une semaine de location, il manquait : du papier toilette, du savon pour lave-vaisselle et des draps de cuisine. Ce sont des éléments essentiels pour garantir une bonne hygiène et, en fin de compte, assurer une meilleure propreté de l'appartement de la part des locataires. Il serait également utile de prévoir un sèche-cheveux, surtout en période hivernale. Enfin, les horaires de réception sont très limités.

Il est possible de venir chercher des sèche-cheveux, appareils à raclette, caquelons à fondue et grille-pain directement à la réception qui est ouverte de lundi à samedi (fermé le mercredi) tôt le matin et en fin d'après-midi. Nous sommes également ouverts les dimanches en haute-saison, tels qu'à Noel, Nouvel-an et à Carnaval. Dans l'espoir que le prochain séjour vous satisfera complètement. Votre équipe Alpvision

La situation, la taille de l appartement L équipement de la cuisine : pas de grille pain, de presse agrume, de fouet, un seul saladier, très peu de couvercle pour les casseroles, aucun appareil (raclette, fondue...).
