HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to ‘Out of the Blue II’! This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom professionally decorated 2000+ SF home is located 0.1 miles west of the Surfside Pier, just a short block away from the beautiful Surfside Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Close enough to easily walk to the beach, no need to rent a golf cart here. A large open kitchen/dining/living area layout with tile flooring allows for easy entertaining and gatherings. Well-equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware, and utensils to prepare and serve meals. Flat-screen TV's in every bedroom. Step out the back door for your own private pool which offers seasonal pool heating or chilling for an added fee. Parking for 4 vehicles.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival, and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Great Stay

We had a great stay! This house was super nice and clean. Super short walk to beach. We are still super impressed by this property. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return to Out of the Blue.

We really enjoyed staying here. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and bars. We had a gold cart too just in case we wanted to venture out further. We never moved our car the whole trip. The pool is amazing. Direct sun all day but enough shade for when it starts getting too hot. The pool company cleaned the pool twice during our week long stay. The house was super clean and very comfortable. There were sheets on every bed and plenty of towels. This was a perfect location for our trip and we will definitely be back.

Property TIRED!

The week was great at Surfside Beach! The house is close to the beach and walking distance to several good restaurants. The house seemed “tired.” Cleanliness was not up to par! We had to go through the living room area and sweep - food was left under the couches and chairs! Not good with a toddler! Dust was significant-not sure it had been dusted for a couple of months! Bathrooms had hair left from previous guests! Drains in upstairs bathrooms were slow-nothing like taking a shower in a tub with standing water! HVAC vent in the first floor bedroom was altered so room was hot all the time - the ceiling fan just moved hot air! Pool was great!! Area around the pool needed some weeding and general cleanup. Needed a broom so that I could do it but none available. She me of the lights did not work. For the high rental cost - definitely disappointing! As I said, house was tired and it is mid of the rental season.

GREAT VACAY

The house was perfect for our family. 50 yard walk to the beach. The pool was great, especially for little kids. Every bedroom had their own bathroom. Big living room and eat in kitchen. Will definitely rent this property again. It was expensive but well worth it.
