Welcome to ’Portofino IV 2016’! This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom 2,100 square feet home is direct oceanfront on beautiful Garden City Beach. Recently updated with features including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plank-style flooring, new living room & dining room furniture, freshly painted and finished with current coastal décor. The primary suite features a king Sleep Number bed, ocean views, a spa-style bath with double sinks, bidet, and large walk-in shower, plus the convenience of a coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge. Enjoy unsurpassed ocean views and private beach access. The large open kitchen/dining/living area layout allows for easy entertaining and gathering with family and friends. Well-equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware & utensils to prepare and serve meals. The oceanfront master suite will allow you to take in gorgeous beach views and the lull of the ocean waves to fall asleep. Enjoy the pristine Portofino IV community pool when you are not on the sandy shores of Garden City Beach. Ample parking for four vehicles and can accommodate up to fourteen guests. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

Best Vacation Ever

The pictures do not do this home justice. The sunrises each morning were breath taking. Only steps away from our toes being in the sand. The beach was very clean. Great location. Quick access to anything you could need or want. Several restaurants close byand a grocery store within 5 minutes. Would definitely stay there again.
