Welcome to “South Beach I”! This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom pet-friendly home is located only 350 feet from the Surfside beach! This home features a large open kitchen/dining/living area with durable tile flooring. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal for a guest. Right off the living area is a large deck with furniture. One bedroom is located on the first floor. This bedroom features views overlooking to pool, two full beds, and a private bathroom with a double sink. The other four bedrooms are located upstairs with upper-level deck access from one of the bedrooms. This raised-style beach house allows for vehicle parking underneath.
