About this property

Small fisherman's house, hidden from view, ideally located in a quiet quarter 200 meters from the sea and the city center. Spend a week without your car, do everything on foot or by bike .... Enjoy breakfast in the sun or an aperitif in the shade in the private courtyard with its equipped summer kitchen.

House equipped for families, namely a couple with 2 or 3 children.

Floor 30m²: 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 bed and one
with 2 single beds (and folding bed)
Pillows, blankets, single use mattress covers and bedspreads are available. Sheets and towels are not provided.
Please note, the floor where the two bedrooms are located is attic and the staircase to access it is steep.

Ground floor 30m²: living room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, Senséo coffee maker, toaster, etc.) lounge area with sofa and wood stove. Shower room with WC and walk-in shower.

Petite maison chaleureuse et pres de toute les commodités. Ideale pour une famille de quatre.

La Serenita ist empfehlenswert

Die Vorbereitung hat sehr gut geklappt. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Leider waren die Vormieter nicht so gründlich bei der Endreinigung, aber es war alles behebbar. Das Haus ist richtig toll. Die Lage ist top und ruhig. Der Innenhof ist gemütlich und in der Außenküche steht eine sehr gute Plancha zur Verfügung. Die Einrichtung ist neu und gemütlich und man merkt, dass das Haus mit viel Passion hergerichtet wurde. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
