This is a brand-new home that is conveniently located minutes away to major highways leading to downtown Atlanta and only 7 miles to Airport. If you enjoy modern designer home with outdoor deck along with high quality amenities & lake front view, this would be your GO-TO place. Sleeps well in our high-quality memory gel bed and luxury beds with plush pillows. Your memorable moments in Georgia starts here. TV's on all bedrooms.  FYI: Not Water Activities Lake. ** NO Party/Gathering - Will be ask to leave w NO REFUND!  

THE HOME:
1,800 square feet 2 story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a half bath along with 2 car garages. The home is in a quiet lake community neighborhood with lake front view in the backyard along with outdoor deck. It is conveniently only 1.5 miles away to major highway (I-675) and 5.5 miles from I-75, that leads you directly to Atlanta major attractions & Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (6.8 mi).

This is a brand new lake property subdivision.  
There is no public transportation nearby.  
Guest will need their own vehicles or uber.  
IMPORTANT NOTE:
We provide “starting kit” toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, detergent…etc. during your short-term stays. For one week or longer stays, you will need to buy extras for your remaining stays.   The cleaning fee is to have professional cleaner to service the house after your stay.

I have nothing but positive words regarding my experience at this location. It suited my needs and exceeded my expectations. Lighting in the rear patio area should be added for evening entertainment.

My family and I enjoyed the house despite the minor fixing it needed. Even the neighborhood was better than we expected and every eatery, stores, etc was in reached. Also, we enjoyed feeding the geese. The best part was when we requested fixing, they immediately came and fixed everything. The only thing I suggest would be to have more towels, tissue and paper towels paper plates and plastic utensils on hand. Overall, I wished we could have stayed another week. Which is what we thought the owners would've offered in exchange for fixing up the place.

Very cute home, decorated cute. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfy. The place just needs an updated coat of paint and the rug of the stairs needs to be updated But we would stay there again!!!
