Oceanview 2 Bedroom Flat Summerhouse 319

You enter on the first floor and won't need to worry about climbing stairs. This makes your stay more convenient without the need to carry beach equipment up and down stairs in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat. It is furnished with a king in the master suite, and two twins in the guest room. There are two TV's, VCR and a DVD. Tile/ carpet. Fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher. Unit has a washer/dryer (replaced 01/23) and its own internet access to save your phone on data. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

The unit we stayed in had many issues. However, the property management was always willing to assist to rectify some of the problems. I would recommend this location / property to friends. I especially enjoyed all the activities that were offered and it was easy to make new friends.

Enjoyable

We enjoyed being so close to pool and beach access. As we are getting older it helps to be closer to everything. We would definitely want to stay again
