About this property

Traditional Basque house located 10 minutes walk from the village and 200 meters from the farm Ihartze Artea (wedding hall, congress, etc ...) Comprising 4 bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. 2 terraces are offered to you (1 covered and the other opening onto the garden with barbecue. The accommodation is perfect for couples and families with children (there is 1 cot and a changing table) dishwasher, washing machine .... The house is secured by a motorized gate. It is located 20 minutes from Saint jean de luz (beach). Rental from Saturday to Saturday. This 17th century house is typical of the Basque country with its red half-timbering. Heritage lovers will be seduced by this family home.
Sheets will be provided but not the towels
Water and electricity are not included (about 30 euros)
If the cleaning is not done at the end of the rental a surcharge of 100 euros will be asked.

Séjour Sare

Tout fonctionne comme sur des roulettes, l'arrivée et le départ se sont passés sans encombres. Quelques bonnes surprises à l'arrivée notamment sur les équipements de la cuisine : beaucoup de plats, couverts et ustensiles ce qui est appréciable lorsqu'on est nombreux. Quelques provisions permettent de ne pas être pris au dépourvu le soir de l'arrivée. Les chambres, salle de bain et salon sont spacieux et confortable. Un point à améliorer serait juste de mettre plus de photos de l'intérieur sur l'annonce car il est plutôt joli.

Belle et vaste maison.

C'est une maison typique du pays basque, confortable et particulièrement bien équipée. La propreté des lieux à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur est remarquable. Le village de Sare est bien situé, à l'intérieur des terres tout en restant proche des plages de St Jean de Luz. De beaux villages alentour sont à découvrir, L'accueil réservé par le propriétaire est sympathique
