HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
• Please note that daily maid service is not included when renting direct through VRBO. The check-out cleaning fee included in your payment to VRBO covers cleaning / re-stocking the condo after your stay. This is generally sufficient for the typical 3 - 4 day stay.
• For minimum stays of 7 days or more a mid-stay cleaning is performed at the OWNER'S EXPENSE.
Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 15 days before arrival date.

Our unit has a large refrigerator with freezer top, a Keurig coffee machine, beach chairs and an umbrella. I have also included wine bottle opener, knives, cutting board etc. for your enjoyment.
ARE THERE BEACH TOWELS TO TAKE TO THE BEACH?
Yes. Your stay includes free towels, which you can use at the pools or to take to the local beaches. However, you will be assessed a $35 fee by the owner if you do not return the towels to the unit.

Nice resort without feeling like a resort

Awesome views of pool and water fall pool plus ocean snapshot view. Quiet clean and beautiful place to stay with just steps to the beach. Great place to stay.

two weeks stay

All was very pleasant. It would have been helpful to have a microwave in the room. Other than that it was a suitable room for my purposes. The resort was lovely. The valet service was exceptional. It is somewhat of a challenge to leave the resort and enter the highway. But that is manageable.

Great stay

The property was absolutely magical! The room is as described. I would suggest bringing extra towels if you are staying a week. I did a load of bath towels and it cost $17 with having to dry the towels twice. Machines say $4 but charge you $5. No biggie!! Overall we loved the stay and would love to return one day.

Vacation Rental

This property is located at a great location, the resort is wonderful and has everything anyone could want. The room itself is very dated, the beds are not the best, the inability to even have a microwave is quite a pain, but there is one located on the opposite side of the resort if you want to go that far to heat up some food, the minimal amount of serving and eating utensils provided by the owner is sad at best and you will need to buy disposable plates, bowls and plastic ware if you plan to eat anything in your room, and if you have more than two people that want to utilize the small table provided you need to bring in chairs from the patio and move a heavy locked utility container that us stored under the only table in the room to do so and there isn't much space to move it to. Other than those few things that people should know about the room was nice enough and we enjoyed our stay at the property.

My family and I have been visiting Hawaii islands since 2001, and were truly fascinated by the bright blue skies, golden sandy beaches, sharp mountains, lush vibrant flora, emerald valleys, and rough serrated cliffs of Kauai. Once we discovered the beauty of the 'Garden Isle', there was no looking back. It is the simplicity of Kauai — the lesser traffic, lots of fun activities, and wonderful people that endeared it to us.
And then we came across Kauai Beach Resort which sealed the deal for us. We simply found it to be the best destination for families with kids, like us, or even for a romantic getaway with your special someone – easy accessibility to everything you might need, incredible service and value for money; Kuai beach resort became our default choice whenever visiting Hawaii.
With a wonderful meal selection for kids at the Kauai Beach Resort feeding and taking care of our little humans is an extremely easy task! My wife and I also like to sample the local fare, especially poke mostly at Food Land (which offers 10 different varieties of this heavenly fish), Loco Moco, local mom, and pop restaurants. From Indian to the mighty Pho noodle dish and 5-star restaurants to hole in the wall joints, all are accessible within minutes of the Kauai Beach Resort.
My kids also enjoy the 75” long slide at Kauai Beach Resort, snorkeling at Lydgate Park, and a 30 minute drive to Poipu Beach.
So, finally, in 2019, I decided to make it our own – I bought a condotel at the Kauai Beach Resort and started spending more time in Kauai, sometimes with just my wife, and other times with the entire family.
Now, we have decided to rent out the condotel when we are not in Kauai because we want you to experience the abundant tropical paradise at the Kauai Beach Resort.

What makes this property unique

What's the difference between renting from me VS renting directly from resort?
Mainly prices and NO RESORT FEES. Renting direct through VRBO usually saves you a lot of money. My unit is a premium unit which faces the ocean and the pool and it is located on the top floor (Not a garden view, not a side view, not a Lagoon view unit, not on the first floor, etc...) & I do not charge any resort fees!
