2 minutes from the beach, safe, high-standard studio with beautiful sea view.

Built in a quiet city in the town of Chebba, this studio with independent entrance, is located on the 2nd floor of my villa about 150 m from the beach. Its position allows a panoramic view of the city of La Chebba and its sublime beach. <br>The city of La Chebba is a coastal town 40 km from Mahdia, 86 km from Sfax city airport and 80 km from Monastir airport. <br>Sports activities can be practiced on the long corniche along the beach. Swimming, diving, fishing, snorkeling and other water sports are the main entertainments to be enjoyed.<br>A la carte restaurants, fast food and cafeterias are located all along the coast to serve holidaymakers and passengers.<br>The people of the area are welcoming, tolerant, open to cultures and religions, and helpful.<br>The separate entrance to the studio contains a shower and parking for cars.<br> This apartment, accessible through a covered staircase of 40 steps, is secured by alarm system and video surveillance cameras.<br> It consists of a 30 m² bedroom containing a kitchenette equipped with an electric hob, sink, 100 l minibar, washing machine and an electric oven. The bathroom contains a sink placed on a drawer cabinet, a suspended basin and a shower cubicle. The water circuit is supported by a booster in case of lack of pressure from the water distribution network. For safety reasons, hot water is provided by an electric water heater. <br>The double bed is equipped with an orthopaedic mattress. The sheets and beds are put in a wardrobe offering several storage possibilities. A single sofa bed and a convertible baby bed are there to use them.<br> A foldable solid wood table with armrested chair, a second table and 04 plastic chairs are available for all purposes. A 40" flat screen TV is suspended next to the large window on the south side.<br> The studio has access to a large terrace of 35 m² where relaxation is guaranteed.
