About this property

The house is located in a small village of 2000 inhabitants at the foot of the Luberon, in a residential area, quiet and 5 minutes walk from the heart of the village.

Outside, the large garden of 2500m2 populated with pines and holm oaks houses a heated swimming pool protected by a shutter. A garden furniture under cover is attached to the pool, ideal for aperitifs or discussions in the evening at the water's edge.

Inside, the house tastefully decorated and equipped as at home, offers 2 levels:
- Ground floor: 2 bedrooms (160 bed), a bathroom (with washing machine), toilet, living room and summer kitchen.
- on the floor side night, 1 parental room (bed in 160) with a big room of bath, and 2 other rooms (bed in 160 and 180 separable in 2 beds) share another bathroom. And day side, you will find a large double living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker nespresso .....) and loggia with barbecue.
You will find in this haven of peace something to relax and enjoy the attractions of this beautiful region.

In the surroundings, you will quickly reach all the most beautiful villages of Luberon and Alpilles. You will be 5 minutes from the International Piano Festival of Roque d'Anthéron and the golf of Pont Royal, 30 minutes from Aix en Provence, 45 minutes from Avignon and 1 hour from the Camargue. The village has a municipal swimming pool, tennis courts, tree climbing, ...

Perfect house for a group!

We loved staying at Elisabeth’s beautiful house - we were a group of ten adults (five couples) and there was plenty of space for everyone and we loved having dinner on the balcony in the evenings. Beds were comfy, great showers and Elisabeth was very responsive and helpful. Even better than the photos!

Villa très spacieuse, agréable et bien entretenue

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété. Nous étions 3 couples dont deux avec des enfants, la villa est suffisamment grande pour que chacun ait son "chez-soi". La villa et le jardin sont très agréables et bien entrenus ; l'endroit est calme, et les petits commerces accessibles à pied. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine - qui est cloturée, un plus avec les enfants. Pour ne rien gâcher, nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement par Elisabeth. Merci !

Incredible!

This home exceeded our expectations! It is even more beautiful than the photos, and the views to the Luberon are magnificent. The garden is lovely and well maintained, giving pretty views from the dining balcony, the bedrooms, and from the seating areas around the pool (which the children never left). The living areas and kitchen are comfortable, well supplied, and beautifully decorated. There were even some board games. The bedrooms have nice views, and the beds are comfortable. With two floors of living space, we had plenty of room for our family of eight to spread out. The easy 5 minute walk to the village of Charleval with boulangerie, small grocery store, and a couple of small restaurants made it even better. Many picturesque towns and tourist attractions are within a half hour to an hour away by car, so there is plenty to see and do. The host was very gracious, welcoming, and responsive to all of our questions, and had a complete notebook of sightseeing options. It is a French countryside retreat that you will not easily forget!
