In a residence of 33 apartments on the 4th and last floor with elevator, built in 1974 - Located 3 minutes walk (750 m) from La Clusaz center and ESF ski lesson departures at Bossonnet. Access to the residence by an exterior staircase of 28 steps. Beautiful view of the village, mountains and ski slopes. Quiet. Shuttles 150 m away.
EQUIPPED KITCHEN AREA: sink, 2 electric plates, electric oven, fridge, filter coffee maker, raclette appliance, elements with all necessary kitchen items,
BATHROOM: bathtub, sink, W-C.
LIVING ROOM: (PVC floor) 2 sofa beds 2 PERS (140), television, bay window overlooking a south-facing balcony with garden furniture, dining area, bar corner, wardrobe closet
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Services included:
- Welcome kit offered (toilet paper roll, garbage bag, sponge, floor liquid, dishwasher tablets)
- 3 blankets + 2 duvets (sofa bed), pillows
- Collective central heating, water, electricity (except for long-term rentals (billed according to meter reading)
- Collective parking of the residence (non-nominative spaces) or Municipal public parking (weekly subscription)
- Ski locker
Services not included:
- Pet allowed (limited to one), supplement of 25 € for stays up to 10 nights, then 25 € per additional 10-night period (capped at 100 €) to be paid on site.
