We welcome you in our charming modern T2 of 45 M2, renovated in June 2019. Located on the 4th and last floor with elevator, our apartment enjoys an unobstructed view of the pine forest and the sea as a backdrop.

Kitchen open to the living room perfectly equipped (dishwasher 9 covers, large fridge / freezer, induction hob, mini oven, microwave, coffee filter, electric kettle, cutlery, plates, dishes etc ...).

A 3 min walk, Plage Pin Rolland label Blue Flag supervised in summer by a lifeguard.
Secure building with digicode. Free outdoor car parking reserved for the residence. Outdoor motorcycle parking idem.

Propriétaires disponibles et très agréables

Effectivement T2 solaire, état neuf avec tout confort, à 5mn du bord de mer et d'une merveilleuse balade côtière qui vous emmène jusqu'au port de St Mandrier, ne pas manquer la crêperie Au Roy D'YS 20/20 d'où vous prenez un bateau bus jusqu'à Toulon et retour par bateau bus Toulon les Sablettes et avec le ticket du bateau vous avez le bus qui vous ramène à la maison au quartier Pin Rolland. Génial non!!!!

Super séjour à Saint Mandrier

Encore merci pour cette acceuil chaleureux. L appartement est tres propre, tres spacieux et tres bien équipé. Son emplacement idéal, avec vue sur le parc et la mer à 200m. Boulangerie, tabac, commerce juste en dessous. Un tres belle endroit où nous reviendrons.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un court mais excellent séjour. Appartement très bien situé avec tout ce qu'il faut. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire, de bons conseils pour les visites. Merci beaucoup!
