3* apartment completely renovated, air-conditioned and offering all the comforts. Located on the second floor with lift. Free parking. Very well equipped with crockery and appliances. Oven, induction hob, large fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Coffee machine percolator 20 bars, toaster, mixer and more... Smart TV
in the bedroom and living room. Very nice shower and separate suspended toilet. Equipped terrace of 9m2 with unobstructed view of a small pine forest. Located about 300m from the beach St Asile and 800m from Les Sablettes. Bus stop next to the residence. Bakery, pharmacy, caterer, mini-market, hairdresser, post office and restaurant within walking distance.
You can also take the water bus to Toulon in 15 minutes or even go to Porquerolles. Entertainment, restaurants, night market in season. You are a few kms from Six-Fours-les-Plages, Sanary-sur-Mer and Bandol.

Appartement confortable et bien situé

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l'appartement qui est confortable et très bien situé à 5 min à pied de la plage. La terrasse est un vrai plus et la clim aussi! La propriétaire est très réactive pour répondre aux questions, les échanges étaient faciles.

Un excellent séjour!

L'appartement est très joli, décoré avec goût, lumineux et fonctionnel. La cuisine est bien équipée. La charmante terrasse donne à l'ouest. La résidence est calme. Tout pour de belles vacances chez Alexandrine!
