About this property
Cozy apartment at the start of the wine route and long hikes
Very nice duplex apartment 100 m2 (I only rent the bottom 60m2) but I will be absent during your stay, except long period of more than 10 days but this can be discussed.
He understands :
-a bedroom of 10 m2
-a bathroom: walk-in shower, vanity unit and private toilet.
-a laundry room (dryer, washing machine, dryer)
-a room open to:
a fully equipped kitchen
- a living room
- an 18 m2 terrace with outdoor table, parasol and barbecue.
The neighborhood is family friendly and peaceful.
The 100 m2 duplex apartment is located on the 1st floor of a very quiet residence. The terrace is very pleasant and spacious with a nice view overlooking a wood. Access is via a walkway. The residence includes 4 apartments.
I keep private access to the floor except the laundry room.
The village of Wattwiller is a small town of about 1700 inhabitants and includes:
-A small grocery store with a bread depot
- three restaurants
-the SCHNEIDER foundation (numerous artistic exhibitions)
-a market on Friday evening
-an equestrian center
-a shuttle for the crest route is set up during the summer period
