With over 1,400 square feet of modern design, the home hosts plenty of open space allowing you and your guests to relax without feeling cramped. All bathrooms are en-suite and well-appointed with walk-in showers. The home also boasts a full-service kitchen for those chefs inspired to prepare mouthwatering meals for their family or guests. -Pool heat is available for a nominal charge of 15 dollars per day.- Must be at least 25 years old to book.

- The home has installed Ring Doorbell/Front Driveway/Back yard/audio camera which overlooks the front driveway and pool equipment/conservation area for twenty four hours daily for safety and security of the home. Tampering with cameras will result in forfeit if stay and eviction. There is NO camera nor any video recording device inside the home or in the pool and lanai vicinity.
