Self catered studio apartment 24 m² with a balcony facing north, accommodates up to 2 people. On the first floor with lift.
Living area with dining area, pull out double sofa bed (2 persons), wardrobe, TV.
Kitchen with vitroceramic hobs, micro wave oven, refrigerator and dish washer fully equipped with table-ware, kitchen utensils and crockery.
BATHROOM:
Bathroom with bathtub, handheld shower head and toilets.
- Underground parking. Internet wifi access.
RENTAL CONDITIONS :
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.
Bed linen is not included for all year round stays.
Towels and cleaning at the end of the stay not included and on request.
Deposit required on arrival.
