About this property

Quiet Village Location, Shared Swimming Pool & Garden

In the quiet village of Beaumont in the commune of St Sebastien is our renovated gite.
Spacious accommodation consisting on the ground floor of one large living room/diner, fully equipped kitchen, shower room/wc, double room and family room (one double and two single beds.) Upstairs is a further double room and bathroom/wc. and games room. The french doors in the kitchen lead out onto a patio area and large garden and swimming pool, with surrounding sundeck.
The garden and pool are shared with our Chambres D'Hotes between the hours of 16hr00 - 20hr00
We live in a beautiful area of the North Creuse. Nearby we have Eguzon which has a large lake with a beach, water sports, fishing etc, the village of Crozant with its ruins and the Valley of the Creuse and Sedelle, Fresselines, the home of Monets father and where the Impressionists came to paint the local landscapes, Gargilesse, one of the most beautiful villages in France is a must see. La Souterraine a medieval town is not far away and has a lovely shopping area, and the larger supermarkets and market on a Saturday, Chateauroux to the north and Limoges to the south are also nice to visit, and the town of Argenton sur Creuse is also very pretty.

Great Gite in lovely area

Annonxe non conforme à la réalité. Intérieur pas propre ménage bâclé !!! Mobilier et ustensile vétustes. Le sol est en ciment. L'annonce ne précise pas que le terrain est partagé avec les propriétaires qui font chambre d'hôtes et on se retrouve le soir avec quatre ou cinq familles !!! Bonjour la tranquillité. Sans compter le mobil-home habite sur le terrain a 15 mètre de la terrasse La terrasse est en gravier avec une table de pique nique comme mobilier de jardin et un barbecue cassé. Nous ne recommanderons pas sa location.et encore sa pub sur votre site. J'aimerai bien vous joindre des photos comment faire

Wonderful accommodation in a great location!

We had an amazing holiday staying in the gite at Chez Beaumont. The accommodation was perfect - everything you could need and decorated to a very high standard. The pool was absolutely wonderful and it was really nice to have all of the lilos etc there all ready for your use. We made the most of the BBQ outside of the gite and ate delicious fresh meat and fish every night purchased from one of the many local supermarkets nearby. The location was ideal also - nice and peaceful but close enough to shops, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, beaches etc - so everything you could need! Clare was absolutely wonderful right from the start when I made the initial enquiry, right the way through to our last day staying at the gite. She was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here.

Great Gîte with fabulous pool!

The Chez Beaumont Gîte was a lovely place to stay for our two week holiday. The house is full of character and well furnished with everything you need for your stay. Clare is a wonderful host, with lots of great tips of places to go. 100% recommended!
