☆ The Neighborhood ☆

The neighborhood is absolutely incredible and exceptionally walkable. Forest Park, considered one of the nation's greatest urban public parks, is just down the street. Looking for upscale dining or a cozy coffeehouse? A great bookshop or contemporary boutique? World-class art gallery or live music? You'll find it all here, nestled among eye-catching public artwork and stunning turn-of-the-century homes. Come see why the American Planning Association named the Central West End one of the nation’s top 10 neighborhoods.

☆ Long-Term Stays ☆

Unlike most other hosts, corporate housing is our specialty. We prepare our homes not just to handle the needs of guests staying a few days, but for guests staying for months or years. Not only are our homes better equipped for your needs, our long-term rates are among the most competitive available. Guests staying longer than 31 days will not be required to pay sales tax (saving an additional 17%), and will receive huge discounts on add-on services like pets and parking.

☆Parking☆

The Central West End is a very popular neighborhood, and parking is limited. Parking is metered on the street, and there are paid lots and garages for overnight parking.

We wanted to provide parking for guests bringing a car while not inflating the nightly rate for those who wouldn't need parking, so we've purchased an on-site gated parking space, and rent the space for $17/night as a convenient option for those who need it. Please include in your greeting message whether you'll be needing parking.

Staying long-term? We offer discounts for guests staying longer than a week!

☆Pets☆

Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! Our pet fee is $17 per night, per dog ($34 minimum). We allow up to 3 dogs with a weight limit of 60 lbs per pup. Pet fees are paid separately after booking, and we offer discounts for guests staying longer than a week! Just let us know the number of companions you'll be bringing with you when you checkout and we'll get you set up!

☆ House Rules / Refundable Damage Deposit ☆

Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to a simple list of reasonable house rules and to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these rules, and to take responsibility for any damaged or missing items. To that end, we charge a refundable damage deposit of $395 that will be refunded in full assuming there are no damaged/missing items and our house rules are followed. Please familiarize yourself with our house rules in the rental agreement when you check out.

☆Cancellations+Alterations☆

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

The same policies also apply to alterations, with the amount of the refund being applied to the new dates. If the alteration just extends an existing reservation while retaining the original dates, there are no cancellation fees – you just pay for the nights you’re adding

We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment) we highlight and clearly explain the terms of our cancellation policy here to make sure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.

☆More Great Listings☆

We have other fantastic listings up now, so check those out too! Shoot us a message letting us know what you’re looking for (number of bedrooms and baths, desired features like backyard or patio…etc.) and we’ll get back to you with a list of beautiful available properties!
We ask that guests respect our space, our belongings, our neighbors, and our cleaning crew. We've prepared a reasonable set of house rules that clearly communicate our expectations, and reserve the right to charge fees to guests who violate these rules. By booking our place the guest agrees to the following rules, and agrees to pay the indicated fees (if applicable) in the event that one or more of the rules are broken:

HOUSE RULES (FEES IN PARENTHESIS)

PETS: At some of our properties, we allow pets for a nightly fee. At properties where pets are not permitted, guests may not allow their pets in the apartment or in the building ($300). In the event that the guest misrepresents the number of pets they are bringing (or neglects to disclose that they are bringing pets) they will be assessed applicable pet fees and an additional fee of $100. Guests agree that no pets will be allowed on the property prior to collection of applicable pet fees. Guests bringing pets agree to the following additional terms:
Guests agree to keep pets off the bed, furniture, and carpeted areas ($100)
Guests may not use provided towels on pets ($100)
Guests agree to promptly dispose of pet waste in garbage or an outside dumpster ($100 per documented violation)

Quick trip to St. Louis
Property was located close to some great areas to eat. Near downtown for the Arch and other attractions. The beds were comfortable. The blackout curtains didn't cover the windows from side to side. Both bathrooms had two towels, washcloths. There were soaps and hair products in the bathrooms. The en suite bathroom didn't have hot water. The kitchen had coffee and condiments. The floors were surface clean but not deep clean. Walking around in socks resulted in a pretty black residue on bottoms. Some of the furniture had some stains showing

Great loft but could use a few extras
The loft is nicely furnished and the location was ideal for getting places. We loved the Central West End neighborhood! My only complaint is that our reservation was for five people and there were only four towels. Even if we had been only four people sometimes you’d just like an extra towel. It would be nice to leave a couple extra towels out especially if people are staying more than one or two nights.

Good place to stay
Clean, plenty of room. Would like extra blankets. My teen daughter had to sleep in a chair, we brought a couple of throws she used as blanket.
