Very quiet and rural environment conducive to hiking or mountain biking, starting trails at 200m from the house. Beautiful nature. No public transport, good access road, the house is easily accessible by car. Near Givet, the Greenway, restaurants, shopping center and sports facilities (swimming pool, tennis). Only a few km from the Belgian border.
