The main ensuite bathroom is accessed via the primary suite or pool patio and offers a walk-in shower and quartz top vanity with dual sinks.

The second bathroom is accessible through the main living area and offers a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.



Both full bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries like hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There’s also an outdoor shower for rinsing away the salt and sand after a day of fun at the beach.

The fully loaded and spacious kitchen is the perfect place for the chef in your group to whip up some delicious meals. Beautiful quartz countertops and high-quality stainless-steel appliances ensure you can cook as comfortably as if you were at home. With plenty of utensils, dishware and sippy cups for the kids, you’ll have everything you need to prepare a fantastic meal.



Pull up one of the stools at the breakfast bar to enjoy an aromatic morning coffee or a casual bite to eat. With a convenient outlet nearby, this spot can also double as a workspace if the need arises.



Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find the “formal” dining room – in reality, it’s anything but! This comfortable space centers around a beautiful, hand-crafted, farmhouse style dining table that can comfortably seat 10. Best of all, you can step straight out to the patio, allowing you easy access to al fresco dining.

Florida is known as the sunshine state for a reason so there’s no doubt that you’ll want to spend as much time outdoors as you possibly can. The fully fenced, private backyard has been beautifully landscaped to provide you with a sweet escape from the daily grind.



The large paver pool patio has been designed as an entertainment hub where your whole family can gather, relax and play. With an outdoor dining table that seats 6 and an outdoor sofa that seats 6 more, there is room for everyone. When the dinner bell rings or the kids are just hungry, fire up some burgers or a few steaks on the large Webber propane grill.



A carefree dip in the heated, saltwater swimming pool is the perfect way to cool off from the hot Florida sun! Recline on one of the comfy chaise lounge chairs while watching the shade sails dance in the breeze or enjoy your favorite cocktail while soaking up some rays. Once the sun starts to set over the large coconut palm trees, you’ll know why we call it Coconut Dreams.

Vacations should be carefree, and convenient doorstep parking can make all the difference. This beautiful home is located in a quiet neighborhood with free parking in the driveway for up to 6 cars. Additional accommodations can be made for guests with boats or RV’s however we do ask that you let us know in advance.

Trade the pool for the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico by heading to one of the nearby beaches (Bradenton Beach, Coquina Beach and Holmes Beach) on Anna Maria Island only a few minutes up the road. If you don’t feel like driving feel free to catch a ride on the complementary “Monkey Bus” which can pick you up right at your doorstep and show you all the wonderful places Anna Maria Island has to offer. Guest Access:

Guests are welcome to use anything inside the home. This is your home away from home, get comfy, relax and have fun!



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in a quiet but fun neighborhood nestled in among the palm trees. Somewhat removed yet very accessible to the beaches, restaurants and shops. Some of Florida's best restaurants are very close by.



Getting Around:

We are block off a main thoroughfare (Cortez Rd). Bradenton/Sarasota airport (SRQ) is approximately 15 minutes away and Tampa airport (TPA) approximately 50 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

Excellent location just a few minutes to Anna Maria Island. Many awesome restaurants, shops and activities nearby, including boating, fishing, jet skiing, golfing and some of the best seafood you have ever had! Cortez is one of the oldest active fishing villages in Florida! The fishing boats park just up the road making the seafood the freshest you can get!
