The host, Veronique, was an invaluable source of information, supporting, helpful, welcoming, funny, spoke fluent English and was very kind. If needed, she was always available, but like the perfect host, gave us complete privacy. My wife and I felt we were very lucky to meet Veronique and Francois in this life.The house is airy, spacious, with comfortable mattresses, 2 great showers, and individual room cooling units that were completely quiet. We were amazed at how quiet at night Grand Case was. There is a beautiful tree lined path that you can take to get down to the many, incredible restaurants down town. Everywhere we went we found the people to be friendly. Like Veronique, they were sincerely happy we were there. Villa Pineapple? Magnifique, superbe, splendide, somptueux, fastueux and merveilleux!

Another wonderful stay!

This is our 2nd time staying at Veronique's property, and it was even better than the previous stay. She had added some upgrades to the pool area, and the wifi was improved, but all the other elements were just as good as before, which means they were just as wonderful. The view is magnificent, and the proximity of so many excellent French restaurants is a great bonus. I can't imagine a better location or a more comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

We love the French side of the island. Grand Case is full of amazing restaurants. This location makes them accessible for anyone who is moderately fit. Easy drives to the market and beaches! Host is very accommodating and thoughtful! Use Nono Car Rental for convenience to and from the airport. The host will assist you with a contact. It’s not a glam resort, but if you’re looking for a safe, beautiful & relaxed island-vibe accommodation, I couldn’t recommend this enough!

Beautiful home, wonderful space indoors and outdoors, dedicated parking, great location to walk to Grand Case restaurants (big hill to walk off those delicious meals!), very well equipped kitchen, appliances, bedrooms and bathrooms, beach towels, pool with lounge furniture, gorgeous view especially at sunset! Villa Pineapple was perfect for our family! The master suite is spacious and unique, the additional bedrooms are comfortable and my teenager LOVED her own space in her “Tower” with the pullout couch! The common spaces are well equipped and super functional and the pool was clean, surrounded by beautiful plants and a favorite hangout spot! The villa is beautiful! If you’re walking, the hike up is serious but the views are unmatched (and the more calories you burn on the hill, the more incredible food you can have at the wonderful restaurants in Grand Case)!Finally, I can’t say enough about the attentiveness and hospitality of the owner - thank you, Veronique for the PERFECT place for our 30th anniversary family celebration!

This is a great property and opportunity to spend time with a significant other or family/friends. It is a perfect location with access to the beach, a pool at the house and access to great restaurants with a quiet laid back vibe. Grand case beach club offers water activities such as catamaran's to Anguilla for the day. The ferry for Pinel Island is a 5 minute drive. There is a great supermarket a few minutes away. The owners were wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. I will be telling everyone I know about this place. The views from all rooms is spectacular.

Pineapple Villa

We had a wonderful stay at the Pineapple Villa in Grand Case in St Martin. The house was very comfortable with great views and convenient location. You can walk or drive 4 minutes to amazing restaurants. The area is low key and relaxing and the villa is very private. It is located in a gated area with a Hotel which we went to for massages-just a 3 minute walk. The villa is also convenient to Orient Beach area (7-9 minute drive) where you can have a great lunch and rent beach chairs for reasonable cost. Overall we loved it and will definitely be back! Veronique and her husband were wonderful to deal with and were quick to respond with any questions and made it a priority for us to have anything we needed.

Grand Case Villa for the perfect family stay!

This was our second family vacation at this amazing villa in the wonderful French village on Grand Case Bay. Sitting on the hillside, with 180 degree views of the bay, the house offers something for everyone in our family group. While my daughter and her husband love the nearby beach, my son and his wife appreciate heading out in the car to visit other nearby towns. My friend and I love walking the town in the morning for exercise and reading quietly by the pool or on the deck for the afternoon. We all love walking to town and dining together at the fabulous restaurants of this small but amazing town. Not only is the villa wonderful, but Veronique and her husband are outstanding hosts in every way. We left yesterday and I want to go back tomorrow!

Bugs galore …

Pictures aren’t current, deck needs replacing. Inside, we had issues with endless ants in all living areas including kitchen. While host apologized for the ants and cockroaches and came over to spray it was not nearly enough. Location and view was superb but the endless crawly creatures soured our stay. Bottom line, the house needs a thorough cleaning.

Grand Views in Grand Case, St. Martin

This was our fifth visit to St. Martin, but our first time to rent a house. We have always loved staying on the French side, particularly in the village of Grand Case for its laid back vibe and proximity to some of the best restaurants in the Caribbean. Being already familiar with the town and the general location of the property, we knew it was going to be spectacular. And this was immediately confirmed upon our arrival. Veronique and Jovanie were gracious and responsive from the moment we landed, actually from before we landed, and throughout our stay. The views are spectacular from the house. The pool was larger than expected and very well maintained. The upper patio was a fantastic place to hang out, and the sliding/accordion style doors between the living room and the patio open fully to create a beautifully vibe-y indoor/outdoor experience. There was even a complimentary snack basket and bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. The wi-fi worked great. Pretty much everything you'll need is already there. The gated neighborhood was beautifully maintained and we felt safe the entire time (both inside and outside the gate), and we took full advantage of the L'Esplanade's little nature trail down to the pristine Petite Plage beach (take the nature trail down to the road, turn right, walk a bit and you'll see the beach access just past the GCBC gate). I could go on and on and on. Great trip. Beautiful house. Highly recommend! There were only 2 of us, but easily sleeps 6+.

Paradise in Grand Case

Wow. Everything about this listing is true. Amazing house on the hill overlooking Grand Case. Views from everywhere. The host was fantastic, she added us to WhatsApp from the time we booked the house. We had constant contact leading up to our stay. Questions like renting a car to doing a day sailing trip were all answered with in minutes of asking. She even met us on our arrival at the house and paid for our taxi as we didn’t realize they wouldn’t take credit card. She even made a change in our booking dates with out any issues at all. We only stayed as a couple but the house would be perfect for three couples or perhaps a family. The house was set up with everything you could ever want. Even a welcome pack with wine, chocolate, local rum, 6 large bottles of water and chips. It’s our third time staying in Grand Case and this was by far our favorite option of staying in the town. We are foodies so love dining out in Grand Case. Le Pressoir and L’Auberge Goirmande were our two fancy nights out. But we found Nice Sxm for another more budget night out. Famous bbq at Lolo’s of course is a must. We found great Brunch options at Le temps, Rainbow Cafe, Grand Case Beach Club or just a croissant at Madison Chocolat. Also we found the best place to spend the day by the beach was at Captain Frenchy. $15 per group to hire deck chairs with umbrellas byo towels. $10 cocktails, wine bottles from $25 and great lunch options all delivered to the beach at your deck chair or in the ocean. Wundervoller Familienurlaub

Fantastischer Aufenthalt in einer Villa die schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Auf einem der schönsten Plätze auf der Insel bittet die Villa viel Charme und alles was das Herz begehrt. Wundervoller Swimmingpool mit dem schönsten Ausblick über Grand Case und das karibische Meer. Viele Lokale sind in ein paar Minuten ohne Fahrzeug erreichbar,welches es noch attraktiver macht diese Villa zu mieten. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst bemüht und sehr freundlich.

Beautiful hike overlooking the sea in an excellent location

My family and I (me, my husband and 2 young adult children19 and 21) spent Christmas week in this lovely home Veronique and Francois- the owners- could not have been more accommodating. They met us upon arrival and were incredibly responsive to any and all of our needs. Also - prior to arrival Veronique gave excellent suggestions as to where to go and what to do on the island. The home is clean, spacious, air conditioned and perfectly appointed with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and an additional den across the vestibule. The living room and kitchen are open and comfortable. The setting was especially welcoming for the few evenings we stayed home and cooked and lounged. By far the best part of the home was the spacious terrace overlooking the sea, the Grand Case nightlife and homes speckled in the hills. We spent many mornings having coffee and baguettes with butter and jam and many early evenings watching sunsets with cocktails there. The island itself was full of beautiful beaches and excellent places to eat. We even went snorkeling one day at Creole Rock but must have gone out on a day where the water was murky and fish hiding! Nonetheless being out on the boat and swimming around was fun. We got massages at T Spa right at the bottom of the hill that were excellent and reasonably priced. We loved coco beach in Orient and lunch at Kalatua in Simpson Bay. The only thing we didn’t do was go to a Casino - maybe next time. I highly recommend this home and can’t say enough good things about the hosts.

Beautiful home in a perfect location

My family of 4, with teenagers stayed for the second time at this wonderful property. We stayed back in June 2022 and while there, we booked the same property for December 2022. The house is just beautiful. The house is so nicely decorated. The view is just simply amazing!! You are overlooking grand case. The property is up a hill so you get great views. But, you are so close down town, to all the amazing French restaurants and shops. Best location ever. Veronique, is such a wonderful hostess. She is always available if you have any questions. We were welcomed by a lovely basket of food and Prosecco. And the day we were leaving. She brought us chocolate croissants, and regular croissants, That were to die for. We are always sad to leave but we will be back!!

Perfect location Grand Case

The home was wonderful and the view was outstanding. We have been coming to St Martin for many years and we feel like we found a home that was truly worthy of repeating. As you can tell from the pictures, it is up on a hill overlooking Grand Case. We walked to dinner most evenings. The home has a large Master and everything was in great shape. Our hostess was waiting for us on arrival and did a thorough job of explaining the property features. She also quickly came to our rescue when I misplaced our house key at a restaurant across the island.

Closer to Heaven - Host is an Angel

I couldn't believe previous glowing reviews that i had read- until I experienced Villa Pineapple/ Villa Veronica for myself!!! I just returned from 10 days in this Oasis in the hills of Grand Case- majestic, warm and welcoming and I still feel as if I was in a dream! From the moment Veronica accepted my inquiry the good experience began. Host: I have NEVER had a more welcoming host. She greeted me with a welcome basket that transcended awesome and she was ever present to meet any need ANY time you needed her. She is the kindest sweetest host and willing to grab groceries, bring mosquito soothing ointment or provide direction to services, restaurants or suggestions! VILLA: oh my Gosh!! This sprawling oasis with soo many little places to hide-away. It was just my son and I but having the ability to give a 23 year old numerous private places is priceless!! The pool: pristine!! The terraces- 2 of them- perfect for the yoga I did daily!! ( Ask Veronique to connect you with Audrey- yogi extraordinaire who comes to the Villa) There is every device, technology and gadget to suit everyone and the view going down the driveway first thing in the morning is a blessing!! LOCATION: you want it? You can find it within 10 min walk or drive! Spa- beach- restaurant- shoppibg- activities!!! All there! I am counting the days until I return to the Villa and can once again hear Veonica say: “ This is now your home”!!💖💖💖💖

My husband and two teenage children had wonderful stay. The house is perfect. The view is amazing and you can walk to all the best restaurants. Chic, private villa with incredible views

I can't recommend Villa Pineapple highly enough. The space itself is airy and light, with plenty of room for a family or couples/friends. The villa is very well appointed, from the decor to the stocked kitchen to the perfect little pool deck. The location is really ideal--super private and secluded but easy walking distance to petite plage and restaurants. This is a rare location where you can actually skip renting a car--we were able to get everywhere without one. (Only potential issue is the hill is quite steep--tough for little kids or anyone with mobility issues.) Véronique is the loveliest host, very communicative and sweet and helped us arrange everything we needed. She even took us on a grocery shopping trip to stock up when we arrived. This place is the definition of a hidden gem--truly the best location in Grand Case.

Perfect Family Vacation Stay!

Our family was extremely fortunate to be able to book Veronique's amazing villa on the hillside of Grand Case this past week. We had a memorable and wonderful time together with a location that allowed each of us to enjoy our favorite activities. The location of the villa gives an outstanding combination of privacy and prime location near all our favorite downtown restaurants and the beach. For the most mature of our family, the views win the prize. They are amazing and even more spectacular than shown in online photos. The deck off the living room was our living area for most mornings and many sunsets. Spectacular 180 views of mountain, water, sun and sky welcomed us each day. The beach and town are just down the hill and walking everywhere was the choice for most days. Some of us lounged on the beach, others stayed out for a late drink in the town. We all walked down together for dinner. For a family vacation with adult children nothing could be better. Veronique is a wonderful hostess, answering all our questions and keeping us up to date on virus related changes on the island which at the time of our booking was of central concern. We miss it already!

Best location on the island

We had such a wonderful stay at this Villa! The property is beautiful with an amazing view of the sunset over Grand-Case Bay. The villa has lots of natural light and outdoor spaces, a swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen, internet access, and private parking. It's ideally located where we walked to dinner and back home every night from the many first class dining options in town. There are also many beaches within a short travel distance. Veronique and her husband were gracious and responsive hosts. This was our 6th trip to St. Martin in the last 10 years and we're so glad we found our new favorite place to stay!

Incroyable villa

-Vue légendaire sur grand case. -Terasse super grosse (les photos ne font pas justice) -Master bedroom super grande. -Les deux autre chambres sont spatieuse et parfaite pour une famille. -piscine style ''infiniti pool'' avec très belle vue sur la baie de grand case. Les propriétaire sont toujours disponibles et rapides pour répondre. Arrivée Chaleureuse. Cette Villa est à distance de marche de la rue principale de Grand Case. Je recommande fortement cette Villa
