The condo was beautiful and well appointed. There was a ton of space with a great mix of king size and kids beds to accomodate multiple families. We were super happy with the hot tub on the deck and also the pool and other facilities at the clubhouse. Everyone had a great time.

The home was beautiful, had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so no one felt cramped for space. The kitchen layout was one of the best we have ever experienced. Plenty of room for all of us to eat together and work in the prep area without being on top of each other. The decor was gorgeous. The home is perfectly located near the pool and the grandkids loved being in the pool and having a hot tub at the house. The upstairs family room is amazing. The huge couch was a family favorite. Arcadia personnel were extremely professional and helpful from the moment I booked the house to the time we checked out. Close proximity to Harmon's for groceries and St. George for other stores, etc. Only complaint...a few extra dish towels/dish cloths would be helpful. Hard to get by for four days with only two. All in all...a perfect weekend!!

Fun, a little stressful

Arcadia is a great place, no doubt. This particular unit is really nice in an ideal location. It was so nice, I’d love to buy it!! That said, this was the first time we stayed at Arcadia and honestly, it was more stressful than staying at other nearby vacation properties. If you lose a wristband, you pay a fee. They want you to do an immediate walk through of the unit when you get there and document damage, or else you will be charged for any damage. I worried that I might miss something so I literally spent an hour and scoured the house and took dozens of pictures of everything, including very minor things. The kitchen sink faucet started leaking as we were preparing to leave so that was a little disappointing.

Spacious Villa Facing Pool with Evening Shade

This villa was the perfect place to host our children and their families. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom and the living areas were large enough that we could all be in one place at once (there were 8 adults and 1 child). Having the unit face the way it does was PERFECT. If the villa had faced the opposite way we wouldn't have used the patio because it would have been in the hot early evening sun. A huge plus. The kitchen was well stocked, but the knives were so dull you couldn't cut produce. Luckily my husband brought a knife that I could use. The BBQ didn't get hot enough to grill steaks or handmade pizzas, so we had to use the oven which was not as good as grilling. The beds, pillows, and bedding were all nice to sleep on. The bath towels were thick and large. From other reviews I did bring extra dish towels, which was a must. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would stay in this villa again.

Nice property but....

The house is great, it is larger than the photos make it appear. The location next to the water play area in the center of the resort is great, just out the back door and into the lazy river or hot tubs in a minute. The property itself was clean but the paper products and cooking supplies were minimal and of low quality. The toilet paper and paper towels were dollar store quality at best. The kitchen was a challenge to use if you do any cooking at all. There was salt and pepper. That's it. No cooking oil, seasonings, saran wrap, tin foil, coffee or coffee filters, sugar, or anything else. Maybe this is a new rental or maybe the cleaning staff is told to take everything left out of the unit - either way, this was a barebones rental. The appliances, except for the coffee maker and blender, are the cheapest you can buy. The toaster popped the circuit every time we plugged it in so we had to broil bagels and toast in the oven. The BBQ grill outside is junk, it doesn't get above 400 degrees no matter how long it is on. There is no way it can clean itself at that temperature - or cook food in a timely manner. There are only a few games and books inside. It was nice to have lots of bathrooms and there is an amazing grocery store within 5 minutes. Bryce Canyon is 2.5 hours away and Zion is 1.5 hours. Snow Canyon - highly recommended - is 10 minutes away and worth your time. The water park/play area is great and entertained the kids for days.

The house was great, property management needs help

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and perfect for a large group. Furniture was very nice and we had all the appliances we needed for cooking. However, our shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles were empty. We had to call to ask for more trash bags and property management was very rude about it, I asked for 6 trash bags because there were 20 people staying in the house and she only would give me 3. We ended up having to go get more anyways. Upon check in, I was told to go pick up key fobs for the pool, the kids at the front desk had no training whatsoever. They didn’t know how to work the computers and didn’t know the answers to basic questions. We rented Electric bikes, when asked how to use them they had no clue. My biggest concern is their lack of oversight on the water slide, we counted 10-15 ADULTS going down the slide at one time, witnessed young children getting hurt because of it. I have no problem having to watch my own kids due to there not being a lifeguard on duty but someone should be at the water slide for safety reasons since adults are the ones that can’t seem to follow the rules. Basically, the grounds and the house are beautiful but management is lacking and if I was the owners of one of these homes I’d be very concerned.

Awesome Family Weekend

The home was beautiful and very spacious. We had plenty of room for all the family to enjoy time to relax. The location to the clubhouse and community pool was perfect too. The kitchen layout was one of the best we have ever stayed in. We appreciate being able to have everyone eat (all 15 of us) at the same time. The grandkids loved the room with all the bunk beds. The adult kids thought the large sectional in the upstairs family room was awesome. Arcadia staff were extremely helpful, and the check-in process was super slick. As an added bonus the weather was awesome for January. Definitely a superb weekend!
