The location is unbeatable: tucked inside the Disney bubble, just minutes from the parks, yet peaceful and removed enough to truly unwind at the end of the day.Our accommodations were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Everything we needed was there—from comfortable beds to a well-appointed kitchen—making it feel like a home away from home. It was the kind of place you actually look forward to returning to after a long park day.The staff truly deserves special recognition. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The resort is lovely and we had no problems with the Wyndham staff. My problem arose with the booking and the host. I was unaware when booking that the host was an integrated property manager (outside booking) or that VRBO would be sharing my credit card information with this entity. On arrival day, I began receiving suspicious phone calls, texts, and emails. On the second day of our trip, I was advised by my credit card company that a number of suspicious charges had appeared. Long story short, I was forced to cancel my credit card due to fraud, and our trip was significantly affected. VRBO customer service has been no help, insisting that I take the matter up with the host. Frankly, I do not feel safe contacting this “host,” since I suspect they had at least some part to play in the fraud, either directly or indirectly. My trust in VRBO as a company has been significantly eroded. So much for VRBOs “Book with Confidence.”
