Reservations are available in weekly (7 night) increments with arrivals and departures on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only.

Enjoy the luxury that the Hyatt Sierra Lodge has to offer. Amazing views, overlooking the crystal waters of Lake Tahoe's north shore. The resort features 60 two-bedroom, two-bathroom units nestled among the pines of Lake Tahoe's north shore. Luxurious accommodations include a king bed, master bath, and spa tub in the master suite, two double beds in the guest room, fully equipped kitchen, sleeper sofa and gas fireplace in the living area, and a private balcony. Enjoy all the amenities offered such as a full-service health club, video and DVD rental, private beach with watersports center and beachside food and beverage service, pool and hot tub. Enjoy all the amenities of our neighboring Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort and Casino as well.

There is a washer/dryer unit in the room. Mid week maid service is included and daily service can be arranged for a fee. Parking is available free of charge.

The High Sierra Lodge is located next to the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe and Casino. Residents are granted hotel privileges including use of the large outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, fire pits, spa, game room, restaurants and casino. The residence has beach and lake access. It is a short walk from room to shore. The residence also has its own smaller pool and hot tub.

The Hyatt Sierra Lodge is conveniently located to nearby attractions such as boat cruising around Lake Tahoe, helicopter tours, and snowmobile tours. The area also features championship golf courses, such as the Robert Trent Jones' Squaw Creek Golf Course. Picturesque scenery provides the perfect backdrop for the links-style course, which opens annually from Memorial Day through October. The course has been honored as one of the top resort courses in northern California by Golf Today and listed in Golf Digest’s "Best Places to Play" course directory.

Other attractions include cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, hiking, horseback riding, movie theater, scuba diving, water skiing, wind surfing, shopping area and a variety of restaurants to choose from. There are different activities for the entire family to enjoy.

The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
