About this property

Village center, the charm of the old, completely renovated in Cezac

1 century ago, the building housed vineyard workers; we have renovated it while retaining the charm of the building.

The cottage is attached to the outbuildings of our house. In the garden that we share with travelers, each has its own terrace and its own garden furniture.

Ideal accommodation for 4 people.

Bedroom with 160 bed and bathroom on one level.

Upstairs mezzanine and bedroom with 1 bed 90 and 1 bed 140.

Baby equipment available on request.

Equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette machine, DVD player, dishwasher and washing machine. Terrace. Parking and enclosed garden.

Wifi in the accommodation.

We put at your disposal, and under your responsibility, the trampoline, the ping-pong table, the swing and the slide.

Garden and common parking with the owners.

Our children also have the chance to take advantage of the outdoor facilities available to you and are delighted to share their games with our little guests.

Schöne Ferienwohnung am Rande Bordeaux‘s

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut eingerichtet und sauber. Es fehlt an nichts. Hinsichtlich Lage: Cecac eignet sich für Tagesausflüge zu vielen Locations, der Ort selbst und die umliegenden Ortschaften bieten jedoch keinerlei Freizeitangebote oder Ausgehen-Möglichkeiten. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert, Auto erforderlich

We hebben genoten van ons weekje in Cézac. Een huisje met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt, leuke thuis voor de kindjes, prachtig zwembad en super vriendelijke eigenaren. Echt een aanrader!

Eine heiße Woche im August

Wir waren mit drei Kindern für eine Woche hier, nachdem wir vorher schon eine Woche zum Surfen am Atlantik waren. Das Haus und der Garten inkl. Pool waren super. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausreichend Platz für alle. Leider ist Mas mit seiner Familie selber in den Urlaub gefahren, so daß wir uns gar nicht besser kennenlernen konnten. Aber seine Tips bei der Schlüsselübergabe waren sehr hilfreich und ich hätte mich gern länger mit ihm unterhalten. Das Haupthaus war in unserer Woche vermietet an eine befreundete Familie aus Paris. Mit denen haben wir uns auch sehr gut verstanden. Obwohl wir beide den Garten und Pool benutzt haben, haben wir uns kein bisschen gestört. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé 10 jours avec nos 2 petits enfants et tout était parfait. La maison est idéale pour 4 ou 5 personnes, très bien équipée. Le jardin et la piscine font bien évidemment le bonheur des enfants! Nous les partageons avec les propriétaires mais cela ne pose aucun problème. Ils sont très accueillants! La maison est située à environ 25min de Bordeaux. Avec une voiture, il y a bcp de choses à faire à une distance raisonnable de 30 min. Nous conseillerons ce logement sans hésiter !

Zum Erholen, Ausspannen und als Basis für Ausflüge

Wir waren als Familie mit größeren Kindern (14 und 11) für eine Woche in Cézac und konnten die sehr schöne, bestens und modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse, eigenem Holzkohlegrill und Pool im Garten wirklich genießen. Der Standort eignet sich bestens für Ausflüge mit dem Auto in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Aber auch Ausspannen in der Wohnung/auf der Terrasse klappte gut - dabei bot der Pool insbesondere für die Kinder eine willkommene Abwechslung. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Vielen Dank!

Gîte superbe

Gîte magnifique dans lequel on se sent tout de suite à l'aise! La décoration est superbe et le gite a tout l'équipement que l'on pourrait demander. Tout le confort est là pour un super séjour dans un cadre magnifique et calme. Nous n'avons pas pu essayer la piscine mais nous avons apprécié les chaises longues. Le jardin a fait la joie des enfants qui ont pu profiter des jeux de nos hôtes et ont pu regarder les poules se balader tranquillement. Encore un grand merci à Élise pour son accueil. Notre séjour n'a été que de courte durée mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour de plus longues vacances.

Idéal pour une famille comme nous... la maison est même plus jolie que dans les photos. Les propriétaires très gentilles...en été avec la piscine doit être encore mieux... on recommende sans doute!

Cézac est idéalement situé. Des visites pour tous dans un rayon de 30 minutes . Le gite, très agréable à vivre, a été aménagé avec beaucoup de gout par des propriétaires particulièrement accueillants et conviviaux. La piscine à 28° est un vrai bonheur quelque soit l'heure. Nous reviendrons pour ce feu d'artifice de bonnes raisons.

Comfortable and clean apartment with friendly, helpful hosts

Four of us stayed at this beautiful apartment which looks even better than in the photos! It is very clean and decorated in a pleasing manner. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well-equipped (we used the Nespresso maker a lot!), and the bathroom is huge! The shower is especially spacious and there is plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We appreciated having a washer/dryer available in the apartment. The apartment is within driving distance of many beautiful vineyards, wineries, and chateaux. There are places to eat, grocery stores, gas stations, banks and ATMs within a ten minute drive as well. Despite English being our primary language (and knowing only a few French words/phrases), we were able to communicate with the friendly town residents. Our hosts, Elise and Mas, are very hospitable. They live on the premises and are helpful without being intrusive. They were available to answer all of our questions and gave us many helpful suggestions. Any time I texted or called Elise, she or Mas responded immediately. They welcomed us into their family and even took us to visit some of their friends for wine and snacks! I would definitely recommend staying at this wonderful property in charming Cézac!
