Fully Furnished detached townhome. Full-time corporate rental. 3 bedrooms upstairs, with 2 full baths, and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Bedrooms are furnished with a king, queen, and 2 twin size beds. The main level has a beautiful open kitchen with a dining table that seats 6. There is a half bath on the main level. Attached is 2 car garage. A backyard space is a shared space that is not fenced. All furnishings, utilities, wifi, Roku, hulu and Netflix are included! Located in Parker close to Lincoln and I-25. Close proximity to Lone Tree, Centennial, Parker, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Park Meadows, and the Denver Tech Center.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our six-week stay in this home located in a quiet town house community in Meridian. It had everything we needed to feel like home -- two car garage, tv with access to several channels as well as streaming, washer, dryer, hair dryer, towels, full kitchen with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. Shawna was an amazing host/property manager! She was very responsive and friendly whenever we needed anything. I highly recommend this home and would stay here again, no hesitations.
