At the same time, the dining table comfortably seats eight to ten people and also serves as an excellent workspace for remote professionals. The fully equipped kitchen includes butcher block countertops, generous cabinet storage, and everything you need to prepare meals at home.

With four well-appointed bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, everyone has room to enjoy their own space. The primary suite includes a king bed, two closets, blackout curtains, a ceiling fan, a dresser, two nightstands, and a private ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. Fantastic stay!!

This was the PERFECT place for us to stay. We used the trail next to the property every day to get to activities. The bedroom:bathroom ratio was perfect, especially since there is a door between the shower and toilet in one of them. It was clean and welcoming. The cul du sac was perfect for our kids to play while we were getting ready. Great communication from host and reasonable check out expectations. Truly can’t say enough great things!

Highlands Ranch

This was a great location for my family. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Wonderful walking path close by and close proximity to shops and restaurants. It was nice to have the bathroom essentials provided along with many kitchen staples. A few cosmetic blemishes, that would not deter us from renting again in the future. A communication with the host, thank you for a great stay.

Home away from Home

We stayed at this rental with our pet while our permanent home was getting its carpet steam cleaned. It was perfect. We even got to take in a Thursday night Broncos football game on the high-def TV in the family room....and they even won for a change.

House was located great for us as our time was spent in HRanch and Littleton. Bed was comfortable and dinning area is spacious. Garage space is nice also. We prefer to cook in and the kitchen worked for us but it is in need of an update. We were bummed to not have access to an outdoor grill. 2 bathrooms upstairs is a great feature. We did not use the basement.

This home is located in a very quiet area which is also near a beautiful walking path. It is also near shopping and restaurants which made it very handy. The home is furnished well and is great for a large family or 2 small families to share. The basement “theatre/game” room is wonderful! It is a great place to gather and spend time together. We had a short question for the owner and the response was quick and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this home for any type of visit to the area.

This house is on a nice quiet cul-de-sac right next to a walking/biking path. The full kitchen was nice for preparing our own breakfasts and a dinner, and we had plenty of private space in the bedrooms and baths. A good rental for families, with a basement family/tv/movie room. It was easy to get on the main roads to access shopping and sightseeing trips from the neighborhood. Clean, gorgeous, huge house with a game room!!

The house is gorgeous! We were greeted with beautiful fresh flowers. Shane had a pack n play waiting for me, at my request. This was beyond helpful when traveling with a baby!! The dining room sits a huge group comfortably. The beds are comfortable. The downstairs game room is a perfect place to relax and play darts, foosball, and watch a movie on the large projector. There is a fenced in back yard that the kids can run around in, and beautiful walking trails right behind the house. We give this property an A+!!!

We're awesome hosts and plan on giving you the best possible stay! The neighbors are all lovely. Everyone loves the bike path and the four Highlands Ranch Rec centers are full of fun activities.

What makes this property unique

In the summer, the backyard and the greenbelt are the highlight! The yard is mowed weekly for you. We're only 1 mile from anything you need or want! In the winter, the house is cozy and we're within 1 mile of anything you will need.
