We had to clean when we arrived. I had to wipe down the counters and the refrigerator. We tried to vacuum the couch because it was covered in animal hair, but the vacuum hose was damaged and didn't do a very good job. We also noticed that the doors were covered with dust. The house also had an odd smell.
Garbage disposal wasn’t working but the host immediately addressed and resolved the problem. I was very impressed with Samson’s immediate response to any questions we had

Worked in a pinch
Not sure if it was a culture thing or not but the backyard around the turf was years overgrown. The deck dloorinf was recently replaced but not done correctly and had soft spots with planks coming up. Downstairs shower had poor pressure. Fan, towel holder, closet door, and gutters needed maintenanced. The contacr was very responsive and respectful. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. Overall worked for us.
The house was clean and a comfortable place to stay. The owner was responsive and the online listing was an accurate description of the house Would recommend and would stay here again.
The home was amazing the host was responsive and available, the best stay Ive had in a while Colorado was very pleasant, the view was beautiful the rooms were nice the house was super clean and spacious definitely a 10/10 thanks again for all the recommendations as well we did bubble planet and ice at Gaylord Rockies happy holidays and thanks
We stayed four nights with 5 people and two dogs. When we first opened the door there was a strong odor, but after a while with the backdoor and window open it went away. We believe it was just from cleaning prior to our arrival. The house is spacious and open. The beds were all comfortable. My elderly mother would have liked a shelf or small table to put her suitcase on so she didn't have to put it on the floor as it is hard for her to reach the floor. We ended up putting a dining room chair in her room, so she could use that for her suitcase. Since we were traveling with dogs we appreciated all the dog beds throughout the house as well as the dog bowls and toys. The backyard is very overgrown with weeds that needs to be cut down. Sure the dogs loved roaming through that jungle but everytime they came back in they were covered in thorny grass, which was a pain to deal with. We loved the shower upstairs, but the downstairs shower had weak water pressure. The AC and washer/dryer worked great. Kitchen area was nice and spacious. Fridge/freezer was good. We never used dishwasher or stove so don't know how good they were. The back deck was not the best quality but it worked and we enjoyed sitting outside and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall we had a good stay and would stay here again. Host is very responsive and gets back to you quickly.
Great spot for us to come out to visit our new grandson. It was nice for them to be able to bring their dogs by to play in the yard. Very safe and centrally located neighborhood.
Everything from the start was great. Home was more than we expected and it was well taken care of. Close to stores and in well placed neighborhood. Host would reply in a timely fashion with our few questions. Would definitely come back here in the future

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
Pro: Clean, comfortable beds, baby crib, working appliances, short drive to airport.
Con: Unimpressive exterior property, window shades let in a lot of light, property across from master bedroom had very bright light going on and off that lot up room at night.
Served the purpose for a visit to Aurora area, not spectacular.
The stay was good, the shower upstairs had no hot water so we all had to share one bathroom. Over all the stay was good, we thank you for letting us be guests in your home.
The place was wonderful, Could of been more towels, more dishes, And the light in downstairs bathroom did not work and was notified and did not fix. But other than that everything was Great
The property overall is so nice, amenities are close! The backyard is so cute! I love that the rooms are furnished with kings and one queen, that’s unheard of in most listings. Samson was fast with communication prior to, but we didn’t have problems during our stay
Great place…needs some updating and a little TLC. Easy access to most everything. Could use some more kitchen cookware and utensils. Overall, nice place.
Had a quick two night stay. House was very simple and basic. Did not have many pots or pans for cooking nor simple supplies like oil, salt pepper. Trash can was also full when we got there and trash bags were super small and did not fit in trash can.
Overall we had a good stay. There was ample room for our party of 6 (elderly parents, brother, husband, son, and me). The house was clean and neat. The kitchen was a little short on dishes and utensils for our group, but we were able to get extra supplies (my brother lives in the same city). No big pot available if you wanted to cook pasta or a pot of soup. Beds were large and comfortable. Only 4 chairs around the dining table but we made use of the ottomans in the living room area to seat all of us. Washer and dryer available, works great; I didn’t find detergent available but I brought my own. Good supply of toilet paper but no paper towels or facial tissue; we bought our own. Our dog sitter suddenly became unavailable on the day we were supposed to leave, and the owner was very accommodating. There is a fee for a pet to stay. I would consider staying here again in the future.
Overall, this is great property! Our dog absolutely loved the yard! The layout is 2 bedrooms downstairs (both Kings and the crib) with a bathroom and washer and dryer. The upstairs had a King room and a queen. There are a few items that would be useful in the kitchen that weren't there that we were able to borrow from family and gave Samson that feedback. We felt this was a pretty good neighborhood that was quiet and close to my brother.
We didn't catch that there wasn't really any cable/smart tv. Thankfully a family member had brought their fire stick so we could watch TV at night. The downstairs TV struggled a bit.
There are only towels for 8, only 2 pillows per bed, 1 kitchen towel. Basically no extras if you needed, but could wash them.
Any issues we got a quick response from Samson. We would definitely stay here again because even the little things that weren't perfect were minor.
The kitchen was short some basics - there were very few glasses/cups and plates. While not required, there were no left-over supplies such as spices or paper towels which we almost always find at a VRBO.The beds were comfortable. The downstairs bedrooms had poor lighting. The bathrooms are on the smaller side. The house is clearly dog friendly as there were dog bowls available. The backyard is mostly turf. There is a nice back deck to sit on.The property is convenient to Aurora Sports Park, where we were headed each day and there is plenty of retail near by including restaurants, grocery stores, and liquor stores. It's not the nicest neighborhood, but we felt safe.
Exactly as advertised.
Everything I read from past reviews seem to have been addressed. Well equipped, clean house, clean yard, solid deck, clean fridge, yard access locks.
I recommend this property and would stay there again.
