Bedroom 3 - This natural-themed bedroom boasts a comfortable Queen size bed, ceiling fan, and ample closet space. Includes a work desk with adjustable lamp and natural tones that create a relaxed environment [Main floor].

Bedroom 4 - This bedroom offers a cozy Queen size bed, large closet for personal storage, a 43” Smart TV, and stylish decor. Open your window shade to the colorful garden outside [Main floor].

You’ll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms in this home. The two bathrooms come stocked with essential hygiene products, hotel-grade towels, and body lotion. Both showers carry dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The home has two main living spaces. The upstairs living room features a large sofa with comfy pillows, an accent rattan chair, and a large coffee table with stylish accent side tables, and a mounted 55 inch Smart TV equipped with Netflix/Prime video for your favorite movie or TV show needs. Entertain yourself with an abundance of books and popular board games stashed in the bookshelf.

The downstairs living room features a large sofa with comfy pillows and blankets, a brass-plated tulip dining tabletop, a kitchen peninsula with two barstools that overlook the remodeled kitchen, and comfortable floor pillows. Both spaces are stocked with puzzles, board games, and an eclectic assortment of novels.


☆☆ KITCHEN – DINING – LAUNDRY☆☆

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in one of the two fully stocked chef’s kitchen. The modern kitchens features granite countertops, modern stainless-steel appliances, including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and Cuisinart coffee maker with coffee & tea options included for every guest. We provide an assortment of spices, cooking oils, basic baking ingredients and a whole host of cooking utensils and gadgets. If we don’t have a specific tool in the kitchen, let us know and we will add it to the list.

We have two cozy dining tables. Each on their own can accommodate 4-8 guests. Whether you want to open your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, or just want to take things easy, the space gives you everything that you need.

The home is equipped with two sets of modern laundry machines (washer & dryer). Guests will have access to detergent pods, dryer sheets, an iron with an accompanying board, and hanging racks.

The entire space plus amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home and consider our house your home base for the duration of your stay.

This home was perfect for our recent stay! It was a great size and well appointed, and in a great spot so that we could visit family nearby. It was convenient to have two living/eating areas even though we really just used one. Access to the home was easy and there was plenty of parking plus a nice, fenced-in back yard. A Peaceful Sanctuary

This house was very comfortable and wonderfully decorated, and truly provided a peaceful sanctuary for our family to rest and recuperate while my daughter received treatment at the Children's Hospital. The close proximity made trips to and from the hospital for different family members very easy and convenient. Having kitchen and laundering facilities available on both floors was a key feature for our large group, and communication with the manager was truly excellent- exceedingly gracious and helpful!!!!

This home was perfect for our stay during the National Western Stock Show. House is spacious and kitchen is very well stocked! Parking for 4 vehicles is available in the driveway, if you have more than 4 vehicles, parking may be tricky as street parking fills up fast.

Fantastic vacation rental in Aurora!!!

This home was a fantastic vacation getaway for our family. The home is conveniently located in Aurora with easy access to the the freeway, restaurants, parks, and walking paths. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The basement area was effectively a separate living space where our in-laws could enjoy some some privacy during our stay. If we ever find ourselves needing a rental in Aurora again we will definitely be heading back here!

This house was exactly as described and shown with wonderful extras like coffee and tea, laundry detergent, spices in the kitchen, and a great selection of pots and pans. The showers were stocked. Having two full kitchens and living rooms was perfect for our crew. Michael was so attentive with quick responses and even let us drop off bags early. Great weekend!

This was a wonderful spot! All the comforts of home for our family of 8. Plenty of space for sleeping and relaxing. Such comfortable beds, and it was extremely well-stocked with kitchen goods, books, games, blankets, linens. Michael was an excellent, responsive, and communicative host! We loved the proximity to Stanley Marketplace. The Hostfully digital guide was a great help, and the welcome basket was such a nice touch. Would 100% stay here again if we travel back to Denver.
