I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! The place was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities one could need. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and attractions but still peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Five stars all the way!

Very clean and quaint!

This was a very nice home, clean and quaint! We were in town for a week for a softball tournament. This was a last minute reservation but I must say the home is absolutely adorable! Jeff was very kind and accommodating. Although the neighborhood could use some TLC, this home is one of a kind! Very accessible to town and would certainly consider staying again.

Convenient spot

This was a convenient location and comfortable little house! It fit me and 7 of my friends on a weekend trip. There is also a pull-out couch. We had an issue with the bathroom but the host was quick to respond and resolve it in a timely manner. Overall, a great place for a weekend or extended trip to Denver!

Small but Cute

Nice new appliances that were great for cooking & dishwashing. We appreciated the filtered water & Ice. Well stocked coffee pods were so great considering we worked remotely. Shampoo, conditioner & body soap were a nice touch. The floors could have been cleaned better, they had dirt and dust bunnys around but overall a nice cute place.

Property smaller than looks in pictures. Very drafty, gaps in doorways. Neighborhood questionable. Host had no backup plan for entry when locked keys in home. Would recommend keyless entry door lock. Perhaps host newer, so giving benefit of doubt. He was courteous and did what he could from afar as it was holiday week.

Great home away from home

I was in Arvada visiting my daughter and granddaughter. I needed to be able to work remotely and have space to have my family over. Jeff’s place was perfect for both. The home is very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. The kitchen and bath have all of the essentials and it was nice having a washer/dryer if needed. I would recommend staying here and will definitely plan to do so again in the future.
