Beautiful quiet residential villa, large summer kitchen and private swimming pool
It consists on the ground floor of a very large, very bright and functional living room, an open kitchen with back kitchen, a bedroom with 1 bed 160 and a separate toilet. The floor consists of 2 comfortable bedrooms each with 1 bed 140, one of the two bedrooms has an additional 90cm bed, a bathroom and a toilet.
Outside, not overlooked, you have a beautiful private swimming pool with its large adjoining and very pleasant summer kitchen (complete equipment: TV, sink, microwave, mini-oven, 4 gas burners, fridge -freezer, plancha...) and its summer shower with washbasin and WC.
You will also find: deckchairs, garden furniture, plancha, garden planted with olive trees, vines and Mediterranean plants with lawn area
In two words: everything you need to enjoy the beautiful sunny days!
The villa is well located because the village of BOMPAS has all the amenities: shops, markets, entertainment, is 5 minutes from Perpignan, 10 minutes from the beaches and 40 minutes from the border with Spain.
A very pleasant family holiday villa!
For security reasons due to the unsecured swimming pool, young children and unfortunately cannot be accommodated in this house.
Possibility of providing a cot on request when booking.
Sheets and towels are not provided.
Two deposit checks will be requested, cleaning deposit of €150 and damage deposit of €1,500.
