Sugar Paws is a dog-friendly home that welcomes any size dog and is located just 180 steps from the picturesque sugar-white sand and emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico. Sugar Paws features two separate living quarters on each level of the home. The living quarters are connected by exterior doors and a wraparound porch which makes this home ideal for large families.

The 1st level of Sugar Paws has accommodations for 8. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the additional bedroom with a shared full bath, and a full sleeper sofa in the living area. There is also a fully stocked kitchen, living and dining area, and a stackable washer and dryer.

The 2nd level is host to the king master suite, a completely stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a breakfast bar. The open living room and dining area is an ideal place to gather for meals or family time. There is also a full-size washer and dryer on the 2nd level.

The deck on the 2nd level includes a gate that allows you and your dog the opportunity to enjoy the outside air without having to worry about your dog wandering off. The deck on the 3rd level is a great place to take in a spectacular sunset while getting a glimpse of the gulf.

We can almost guarantee you and your dog will have Sugar on your Paws after enjoying an unforgettable vacation at Sugar Paws.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The overall location and house was perfect. We were a short two minute walk from the beach, and there is a gas station/store right behind the property which was great for basic needs like milk, cereal, and bread. The split level apartment style was great for our blended family stay, it gave both parties privacy when needed. Many great places within walking distance to grab a bite, we highly recommend getting a reservation at least once at Cafe 30-A.

Great property as it has a main floor upstairs and a separate entrance on the bottom floor. Super close to beach - and centrally located.

Great trip with a great location

We had a very good time. I did not realize the levels could only be accessed by going outside, clearly I did not read this when booking. The house is in a great location, with a very nice private deck which we used everyday. The furniture could use an upgrade and the bathrooms/kitchen are outdated when looking at other homes to book. If you look past this, you will enjoy your stay as we did.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic Spring Break experience at Sugar Paws! The home was very clean, and pet friendly so our little pup could join us. Very cute neighborhood and a great location less than a block off the beach and close to seaside, Rosemary and other fun places. The bikes were great too! My parents shared the downstairs apartment with our 2 boys, and my husband and I were upstairs. We cooked, sat on the hurricane deck, watched basketball and thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities—esp the 2 rental chairs and umbrella, and the other 3 beach chairs at the house. We were very happy with this rental!
