Schönes Appartement in der Alta Rocca

Das Appartement von Barbara liegt inmitten der grünen Hügel der Alta Rocca.Es ist sehr sauber mit gehobener Ausstattung. Es ist sehr ruhig, die großzügige Terasse lädt zum Verweilen ein.Barbara empfing uns persönlich und war immer schnell zu erreichen. Grundlegende Französischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation allerdings empfehlenswert.Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

In the mountains

Alles wat je nodig hebt. Maar, toilet is niet geschikt voor mensen die groter zijn dan 1.80 m. Dan zit je met je knieën tegen de muur. Toilet in de badkamer vinden wij toch ook niet handig. Mooi uitzicht vanop terras wordt belemmerd door planten in de tuin. Dat je zelf moet poetsen voor vertrek was voor ons een eerste keer. Maar in het algemeen is dit een goed appartement.

Sejour tres agreable chez Barbara qui est toujours dispo pour nous renseigner ou regler les petits problemes. Poggio beneficie d une quietude bien relaxante, au pied du beau village de Sainte Lucie. Appartement spacieux, bien (trop) équipé, calme avec magnifique vue. Petit jardinet sympathique.

Nous avons passés des jours magnifiques. Le vue, la terasse, le calme, la village, les environs, les montagnes, la mer - parfait pour se recréer. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil chaleureux. Beautiful location... wonderful holiday

The apartment was very well equipped, clean and comfortable with a lovely terrace and amazing views. Barbara was a fantastic host, friendly and helpful. She gave us plenty of ideas of places to visit and there were maps and leaflets available as well. We found lots to do in the local area, either by starting out on foot or taking a short drive; hiking, river swimming/snorkelling, beaches, exploring nearby towns/villages and animal spotting (including wild boars and red kites from the apartment window). It is only a short walk into Sainte Lucie de Tallano which has a bakery, a few shops and restaurants. We loved the apartment and the area, there was still so much more to see and do, so we hope to return! :)

Tolle Lage, super Wohnung.

Sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Zum wandern Topp. Badezimmer trotz etwas älter, sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit Whirlpool 😁. Vermieterin (Barbara) war sehr nett und bemüht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Dans un cadre idyllique pour notre repos automnale. on se sent comme chez soi; entre mer et montagne que demander de mieux. un jour balade dans le maquis aux champignons, un jour à la mer. des vacances idéales. des propriétaires aux petits soins pour leurs pensionnaires. un gîte équipé comme il se doit, d'une propreté comme on aimerait avoir partout ailleurs. fonctionnel pour passer 15 jours même quand il fait mauvais temps. plutôt que le conseiller, je préfère y retourner avec mes petites filles. sans rire, ne raté ce gîte !!!

Grandiose !

Au coeur du paysage, dans un calme absolu, et pourtant à 700 m du village avec ses commerces, ses restos… Au coeur de latta Rocca, entre rands en montagne et baignade sur une plage différente chaque jour, des vacances parfaite dans ce loft très confortable.

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances à Ste-Lucie. L'appartement tenu par Barbara était en parfait état et bien équipé. Les conseils pour découvrir le Sud de l'île furent très utile et mis en application. Tomates, concombres, poivrons et autres légumes en provenance du jardin de Bernard furent très appréciés. L'endroit est très calme avec vue sur la vallée. Le village offre tout le nécessaire (épicerie, boucherie, boulanger, pharmacie, restaurants et office du tourisme). Petit bémol, une télévision avec un bruit de fond désagréable. Mais, vraiment, nous garderons un bon souvenir de cet appartement. Nous le recommandons.

Très agréable, très bon accueil

Très bon accueil. Nous conseillons vraiment cette location. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli avec un panier PLEIN de leurs fruits et légumes accompagnés par une petite bouteille d'huile d'Olive de fabrication Corse, et nous ont refait le plein de légumes gracieusement durant notre séjour. Nous avons eu toutes les explications des activités à faire qui sont vraiment nombreuses. Le logement est vraiment TRES TRES complet, très agréable et très lumineux. Nous réserveront à nouveau et sans hésitation ce logement lors d'un prochain séjour en Corse. Ce logement vaut vraiment les 5 étoiles !!! Merci encore à vous !

Très bonne

Location qui correspond à la description. Documentation Népita de qualité. Accueil professionnel et discrétion des propriétaires qui voisinent la location. Parfaite entente entre eux et nos deux couples durant deux semaines. Des liens de forte cordialité se sont noués renforcé par quelques présents locaux très appréciés et sans aucune intention. Le temps a été splendide du début à la fin et nous avons pu découvrir à pied et en voiture le sud de la Corse qui nous était inconnu. Nous retournerons dans cette location que nous recommandons chaudement.

Barbara et Bernard sont très sympathiques et conviviaux. Barbara donne d'excellents conseils pour les visites et randonnées. Appartement impeccable, tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente chez soi. Au calme entre mer et montagne

Habitué des lieux, c'est toujours rassurant de savoir que la location est bien équipée, et si il manque quelque chose, Barbara a la solution. Propre, calme, bien située, cette location est un bon compromis pour celui qui souhaite partager son temps entre la mer et la montagne, dans un village où il y a toutes les commodités (restaurants, petits commerces). Il ne manque qu'une piscine privée !!

APPARTEMENT TRES CONFORTABLE

Appartement spacieux et confortable avec une magnifique vue sur la montagne environnante. Barbara, la propriétaire est très sympathique , disponible, généreuse en conseils aussi bien pour les balades que pour un bon resto où l'on peut déguster des produits locaux. Elle vous offrira une bouteille d'huile d'olives de sa production et à l'occasion quelques tomates et melons de son jardin ou plutôt celui de son époux. Le village de SAINTE LUCIE est bien situé pour visiter le Sud de la Corse.

Superbes vacances

Logements conformes au descriptif, même encore mieux !!! Nous avons loué le loft + appartement car nous étions 10. Nous étions très bien installé, le confort comme à la maison ! De plus, les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse extraordinaire. Des conseils sont donnés pour les promenades, les lieux à ne pas manquer,...La mer est à 20 minutes, Bavella à 1/2h,....Pas trop de route pour de très bonnes visites. Petits et grands ont adoré, nous y retournerons, ça c'est certain !
