This villa can accommodate up to eight people in four bedrooms with private bathroom. There is a fifth bedroom in the basement, perfect for a nanny or to be a shelter for children, moving occupancy to 10 people.
The villa features a spectacular glass-enclosed pool, landscaped gardens, a gym, a movie theater and a sauna. Kayaks, Stand Up Paddle (SUP) and bicycles are available in the villa to guarantee visitors many more "sporting" activities.

For your enjoyment, this beautiful villa is located by the sea with direct access to a sandy beach, 15km long, which has several bars and beach restaurants pleasant in season.


The combination of traditional local stone, wood and glass guarantees a spectacular entrance into the villa. The open, bright living room offers a fabulous space for dining, entertaining or simply relaxing with family or friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils.

There is a plasma TV, a DVD library and a sound system in the living room and dining room. The villa is ideal for outdoor dining and barbecues in the evening on the terrace facing the sunset!

The main rooms and the balcony offer a breathtaking view of the sea. All rooms can accommodate one or two people and are equipped with a plasma TV, a DVD player and an iPod docking station. Luxurious en suite bathrooms offer quality bath amenities, bathrobes and fluffy towels for maximum comfort.

Children and adults alike can play table tennis, table football and other activities in the basement games room.
