Access is by car to unload luggage and there is a free and covered communal parking less than 100 meters away. The level 0 entrance is accessible to people with reduced mobility as it leads directly to the elevators.Be careful the elevators do not deserve some floors and it is necessary to take the stairs for some apartments (contact us).Apartment Duplex of quality of about 42m2, completely renovated, on the 4th floor of a residence with elevator offering direct access to the slopes. It consists of a living room with open kitchen, overlooking a large balcony with a south/east view, a shower room with separate toiletUpstairs, a sleeping area with bunk beds and two bedrooms with double beds. Attention the ceiling height of the floor is less than 1.80m.Equipements : dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso, hob, TV, docking station, shutter, WIFI. Rented with a ski locker. Bedding: 2 double beds and 1 set of bunk beds (for children only)Sanitaries: a shower room with separate toilet.Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.Practice: Bedding is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Out of summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered as a supplement.
