Accommodation: This small residence is located on the edge of slopes (start and return skis to the feet). It consists of 4 floors with elevator and the apartments offer beautiful views of the slopes. A pedestrian path close to the building allows to reach the centre station is shops in 5 minutes walk. There is also a shuttle stop near the residence. There is a 5-minute parking space. You can park in front of the residence to unload only.Comfortable apartment of about 50m2, located in a residence bordering the slopes, offering direct access to the ski area. It consists of an entrance with storage, a bedroom with a double bed in 140cm with direct access to the balcony, a second bedroom with double bed but in 120cm, a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.The kitchen is open to a cosy living room with a corner sofa and a large table allowing to comfortably accommodate 6 people.The apartment is south/west facing and has a furnished balcony (table + chairs) so you can fully enjoy your stay and a beautiful view of the slopes and the BELLECOTE massif and the Versant du Soleil.Equipment: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, hob, mini oven. Television. Rented with a ski locker.Bedding: 1 double bed in 140cm, 1 double bed in 120cm, 1 set of bunk beds (advised for children, only from 6 years old)Sanitary: 1 bathroom with separate bath and toiletFree public outdoor parking nearby. No reservation possible.Practice: Bedding is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (Out of summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered as a supplement. You can book your ski lift packages, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.A deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or cheque. No keys will be issued without bail.INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved. Tissues must not be removed from the beds and left clean, beds must be undone correctly with the folded duvets and placed at the feet of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be the subject of a bill charged on deposit: 10€ per bed, 25€ per missing lounge, 300€ for the restoration of the furniture.Apartment NO FUMEUR: €300 odor charge for cleaning all fabrics
