Brand new kitchen with marble tops, island, stainless appliances, wall opened to family room w/fireplace, kitchen also provides dining area that opens to new deck with patio furniture and grill. Great central location, only 10 minutes from Keeneland, 20 minutes to the Kentucky Horse park and 9 min to UK. Each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses.

Welcome to our beautiful Airbnb home, featuring a spacious layout that's perfect for families and groups. The first floor boasts two bedrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen that opens up into a cozy living room, making it ideal for entertaining. The space flows seamlessly into the deck out back, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or gather with friends and family for a BBQ.

If 6 stars was a possibility for cleanliness I would have given it. Loved everything about it. Everybody was astounded that the water heater could survive 6 back to back showers !

Top notch location!!!

This was our first time to Lexington and I've never had a host go so above and beyond in letting us know all of the great options of things to do along with making sure all of our needs were met! The home is so charming and comfortable from the high-quality beds, the well appointed kitchen, the outstanding back porch to the awesome game room downstairs! It’s three floors of comfy accommodations! We especially loved the back porch and a highlight for me was watching the fireflies at dusk overlooking a gorgeous backyard. The location can't be beat and Seth is definitely an awesome host! I highly recommend this property!

Nostalgic trip to Lexington

Seth was really friendly and responsive to all of our questions and needs. This house was very clean, comfortable, plenty roomy for six male family members who all wanted their own beds and fun with the ping pong table. It was a perfect location for getting to/from the airport and for all of the sightseeing that we did in and around Lexington and the neighborhood was nice and safe. Having a great home to unwind in every night after long and full days out sightseeing definitely made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you, Seth!

This home was perfect for our friends gathering. The only issue was parking. 4 vehicles in the single lane drive was a small issue. Allowing street parking in front of the home would have solved the car jockeying issue. Thanks Seth for the use of your rental. You will be contacted in the future to rent again.

5 star hosts and very comfortable stay!

We loved our stay! 4 adults, 2 teens, and a tween. Everybody agreed the beds were the most comfortable we've had at a Vrbo stay. The property was very clean, well supplied, and convenient to everything in the Lexington area. We enjoyed the ping pong table and space to gather downstairs, as well as the great back yard! Our hosts checked in and made our stay great with lots of really good recommendations for eateries close by. Looking forward to visiting again.

Wonderful

The house was wonderful. It is walking distance to a park and groceries. The beds are comfortable and the kids loved the ping pong table. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The yard had plenty of room for kids to runaround and the family enjoyed the back porch furniture. Having a bathroom on each floor helped with never having to wait…lol
