sale, mal isolé,

le logement est très mal isolé, on entend les voisins parler. Les oreillers sont dans un état lamentable : jaune pisseux, sans protège oreiller, Le ménage est fait au milieu des pièces : pas sous le lit de la chambre, les dessus de meubles , plinthes, carrelage sont immondes et poussiéreux, Les prises ou interrupteurs tiennent mal, dont une prise derrière le canapé qui est refaite , signalée déjà dans l’état des lieu mais pas réparée. très dangereux. Des bouts de meubles rafisyolés de bric et de brics. Rarement vu un bien si peu entretenu. Le propriétaire paie une agence mais le nettoyage n’est pas fait comme il se doit !!
