FR7648 4/6 person 2 bedroom apartment with 2 balconies.
Unit 3565280

2 bedroom apartment with large plasma TV and WIFI Internet. One bedroom has a
separate balcony and double bed. The other bedroom has a double bed with single in bunk above it. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. The Living area is spacious with a large balcony looking up the mountain to the glacier. Open plan kitchen has a dishwasher and electric hob, full sized oven, fridge and all the required appliances. Bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, vanity unit and a washing machine.

Ski to the door and nearest lift valley Blanche 50m from the front door. They are close to shops, restaurants, banks and the tourist office. 2 main supermarkets within a 2 minute walk. Free Private parking with barrier access.
Can be rented with another 6-8 person apartment in the same building.

Guarantee deposit: a Credit card swipe of 350€ will be remitted to our local contact on your arrival. The Credit card details will be taken on a credit card swipe and they will be returned to you after your stay (after deduction for any damage to the property).

Private parking: Please notify us if needed before arrival. Parking is provided for 1 car in a exterior private parking space reserved for the apartment.
Insurance: The tenant declares he/she has a civil liability insurance against any eventual damage caused in the apartment.

This property is professionally deep cleaned after every stay, and we’re taking extra care to disinfect high touch areas between stays and provide a selection of recommended cleaning products for guests’ use. We have machines to disinfect all beds, sofas and every part of the appartement after each client, to insure optimum levels of sanitisation against COVID-19.

On your arrival: Our local contact, Ms Sarah Wilson, will welcome you and give you the keys of the apartment. In case of any problem, you can contact her on her mobile:

Arrival time: from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm- later by prior arrangement
Departure time: by 10.00 am at the latest.

Linen: Please note that sheets/towels are not provided; available to hire @ 10/15€ per person per week. Please let Sarah know when she sends you the arrival information.

End-of-stay cleaning: You take the apartment clean and tidy and the same is expected when you leave although the final clean is included. Kitchen items cleaned and put away, floors hovered…)

Complaint: Any complaint concerning the apartment must be made within 24 hours of your arrival to our local contact.

Lovely apartment in a very good location. Short walk across the road to the valley blanche chair, or up the road to etoile chair. Loads if supermarkets, one directly opposite the building. Private car park. Plenty of bars nearby too.

Nice stay in Les 2 Alpes
Perfect location for a nice week in Les 2 Alpes. Apartment is small but well equipped. Great for people that want a centrally located place to stay and are not fussed with paying extra for a more luxurious stay. Has everything you need. Bed in the spare room could do with being a bit more comfortable, but all good. Good communication with Vicci who recommended some really nice restaurants and bars for us.

Situation idéale au centre de la station. Toutes les facilités à moins de 100m: supérette, boulangerie, location skis, boucherie, restaurants, bars, forfaits, navette. Le domaine n était malheureusement pas complètement ouvert et nous obligait de marcher 200m jusqu'à la première remontée. Appartement fonctionnel

Having ridden in Les Deux alpes since 2000 I love the parks,terrain and backcountry les 2 alpes has to offer so I brought an apartment in 2003. I have been living in Grenoble for the last 9 years now and renovating properties has now become my job! If you have any questions I can help with please just ask!!
