FR7648 4/6 person 2 bedroom apartment with 2 balconies.
Unit 3565280

2 bedroom apartment with large plasma TV and WIFI Internet. One bedroom has a
separate balcony and double bed. The other bedroom has a double bed with single in bunk above it. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. The Living area is spacious with a large balcony looking up the mountain to the glacier. Open plan kitchen has a dishwasher and electric hob, full sized oven, fridge and all the required appliances. Bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, vanity unit and a washing machine.

There are shops, restaurants and an Intermarche supermarket opposite the building as well as Skiilium ski hire at 40 meters. The Vallee blanche chairlift is opposite 100 meters from the apartment and the new Belle Etoile telemix (chairlift and gondola) in 100m behind the building and takes you up towards the glacier. The new 3S replaces the old Jandri and will take you up to the glacier in less than 17 minutes. The ESF meeting point is the Champame at 100 meters. You can ski back to behind the building depending on season times/snow conditions.

Guarantee deposit: 350 euros via the website online upon your arrival at the property. There is not a parking space with the apartment, the nearest parking is at 200 meters in the Parking des glaciers and is 40 euros for the week.

Insurance: The tenant declares he/she has a civil liability insurance against any eventual damage caused in the apartment.

This property is professionally deep cleaned after every stay, and we’re taking extra care to disinfect high touch areas between stays and provide a selection of recommended cleaning products for guests’ use. We have machines to disinfect all beds, sofas and every part of the appartement after each client, to insure optimum levels of sanitisation against COVID-19.

On your arrival: Our local contact, Ms Sarah Wilson, will welcome you and give you the keys of the apartment. In case of any problem, you can contact her on her mobile:

Arrival time: from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm- later by prior arrangement
Departure time: by 10.00 am at the latest.

Linen: Please note that sheets/towels are not provided; available to hire via the concierges, 17 euros per double bed, 12 pers single and towels 8.50 euros. Please let Sarah know when she sends you the arrival information.

End-of-stay cleaning: You take the apartment clean and tidy and the same is asked when you leave although the final clean is included. Kitchen items cleaned and put away, floors hovered…)

Complaint: Any complaint concerning the apartment must be made within 24 hours of your arrival to our local contact.

Brilliant location and great little apartment that is very close to Belle Etoile lift. Kitchen is really well equipped ( we managed to knock up a Christmas dinner with a few bits from home and a delicious rotisserie chicken from the butchers downstairs). Supermarket across the road and great restaurants close by. The bedrooms are very small, but as there were only three of us, it was fine. Concierge service was less impressive than the apartment, little or no information and it just felt a little organised for their benefit rather than the guest.

Lovely apartment in a very good location. Short walk across the road to the valley blanche chair, or up the road to etoile chair. Loads if supermarkets, one directly opposite the building. Private car park. Plenty of bars nearby too.

Nice stay in Les 2 Alpes

Perfect location for a nice week in Les 2 Alpes. Apartment is small but well equipped. Great for people that want a centrally located place to stay and are not fussed with paying extra for a more luxurious stay. Has everything you need. Bed in the spare room could do with being a bit more comfortable, but all good. Good communication with Vicci who recommended some really nice restaurants and bars for us.

Appartement idéalement situé, à 5' de Belle Etoile et de Vallée Blanche.Il est bien équipé et confortable.Petit bémol pour la taille des chambres et les rangements... points faibles de la majorité des locations ski dans cette gamme de prix.Petit bémol également pour la présence du bidet dans la sdb... c'est périlleux d'entrer et de sortir de la douche.Box à ski très petit.À 4, c'est juste, ne pas louer au delà.

L’appartement n’est pas accessible skis aux pieds comme indiquer, pour rentré ou sortir de la douche, il y a une marche de 40cm donc difficile pour des personnes âgées. Pas de prises de courant ni de chauffage dans la salle d’eau.

Situation idéale au centre de la station. Toutes les facilités à moins de 100m: supérette, boulangerie, location skis, boucherie, restaurants, bars, forfaits, navette. Le domaine n était malheureusement pas complètement ouvert et nous obligait de marcher 200m jusqu'à la première remontée. Appartement fonctionnel

Agréable à certaines conditions

Nous avons passer un bon séjour mais nous étions heureux de ne pas avoir loué l'appartement en pleine vacances de Février. Voici pourquoi : Tout d'abord nous avons trouvé l'arrivée un peu complexe. Nous arrivions tard et nous devions donc récupérer des clés dans une boite aux lettres avec beaucoup d'information contradictoires et confuses. Nous devions ensuite trouver l'appartement mais personne ne nous avait précisé que l'immeuble était coupé en deux et que nous étions du mauvais coté. Donc à 21h avec les bras chargé nous avons du arpenter de long en large tout l'immeuble. Un peu de stress non nécessaire à l'arrivée. Il aurait beaucoup plus simple d'installer une boite à clé sur la porte et de donner des explications plus directes. La communication avec la conciergerie n'était vraiment pas de tout repos... Ensuite l'appartement est grand et propre, loin de l'ascenseur et au bout du couloir, donc plus au calme, il est rare de trouver quelque chose comme ça à ce prix à la montagne. Cependant on comprend vite pourquoi quand l'auberge de jeunesse juste sous votre balcon fait des soirées jusqu'à 1h du matin le weekend avec la musique à fond et leurs clients qui hurlent sur la terrasse. Si vous n'avez pas prévu les bouchons d'oreilles il est difficile de s'endormir ! Dernière déception l'appartement n'est pas ski aux pieds (comme dans son titre), du moins pas dans la définition même de cette expression mais plutôt ski à la main. En effet les premières pistes et remontées ne sont pas loin mais il faut tout de même porter votre matériel quelques temps avant d'y accéder. Pas grand chose en chaussure de snow, une autre paire de manches en chaussure de ski ! La localisation reste très agréable par rapport au centre de la station qui est très rapidement accessible, une superette est juste en face et quelques restaurants aussi. Il n'empêche que nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l'ensemble car nous y étions sur une période calme, que le domaine et génial mais je recommande de faire attention en période plus agitée. Sinon en semaine et hors vacances l'appartement est agréable.

agréable et fonctionnel

Appartement bien situé, accès aux pistes assez aisé. agréable et fonctionnel pour 4 à 5 personnes. (6 avec le canapé-lit) Calme sauf quand les jeunes occupants d'une chambre de l'hôtel voisin ont organisés une réception jusque tard dans la nuit sur leur balcon. Heureusement cela est resté ponctuel. Nous gardons un bon souvenir de nos vacances aux 2 Alpes. Nous reviendrons profiter de ce domaine skiable très bien équipé.

Great apartment and fantastic holiday

We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks and had an amazing holiday. Apartment was perfect, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and lots of space in the living room. Sarah was such a help when we arrived helping us with ski lessons and rentals. Clean, well set up, great apartment, highly recommended

Very poor apartment in Les Deux Alpes in the Olimpia Building. Both couches had throws over them to cover the thread bare arms, and when the bed was pulled out the mattress was dreadfull, and the bed fell apart. The cleanliness of the apartment was dreadful, the floor had been cleaned, but little else was clean. Mould in the bathroom, and no where to hang any clothes. There were two wardrobes but they were full of owners things. 2 adults and 4 children ina two bedroom apartment, with no space to hang anything!!!!! Electric power blew about 6 or 7 times a night, and you could not have a ring on the cooker on and boil the kettle at the same time. In fact you could not have the cooker on with anything else, and even then could only have two rings on at any one time. I Have put a star rating of 1, but that is only because it would not let me post a review with zero. Very poor apartment, and would certainly not recommend to anyone, My 13 year old daughter was reduced to tears for the first couple hours in the apartment, as she did not want to stay there. Our house is not perfect by any strech of the imagination, but then we do not rent it out for extremely large sums of money for a week.
