Was in town for a work trip and this place worked out beautiful, everything was in place in the house, even had coffee. I try to make food on my own when I travel for work to cut expenses, and this house was perfect. The owners Jack and Lynda are super nice folks!
This was a very nice place to stay. We made a trip very last minute and the owner was helpful and the cottage was cute, very clean, with all the comforts of home. I’ll go back for sure. Good location off a major US Highway.
Very cute, quiet, and peaceful place. The hosts pay attention to detail, and are very accomodating. My son got to see fireflies for the first time! We look forward to visiting again.
Very nice, secluded property with view of mountains. Short drive to parks. Loved sitting on deck in morning listening to birds and relaxing. Perfect for 4 adults. Owners super responsive and friendly!
We enjoyed our stay the kitchen and bathrooms as well as the whole house was well equipped. It was peaceful and quiet, we enjoyed sitting on back deck.
comfortable and cozy, quiet corner of the world. all kinds of little touches - we loved that it was decorated for Christmas during our December visit. nearby to Greeneville and Jonesborough.
House was very cute, neat, and clean. In a nice quite area. Perfect for a family. We had a teenager and a toddler and the bedroom situation was perfect for us. House was fully stocked with anything we needed as far as amenities. We will definitely be back.
We were so satisfied with this quiet peaceful place. The host is awesome and easy to work with. Need anything? Ms. Lynda will get it for you. We felt so at home…. Everything is well stocked, not many extra rules you have to follow. We are so happy we found the perfect place to stay when we visit family. Thank you so much for being a super host!!! My wife and I were looking for a quiet place near some hiking and this did not disappoint. Margarette Falls was an excellent hike in the snow! Nice decorations, cozy feel and plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. Woke up with the sun and the heater had to run all night (it was cold and the trailer walls are probably not insulated well) but this place fit our need well. Hosts were great with communication and they added lots of stuff in the place to make are that you weren't missing anything.
The property manager was excellent, friendly and helpful. Being able to have my dog was a huge reason to choose this property. Everything was as described and the location could not have been better for visiting Davey Crockett Birthplace Park. The deck provided a nice place to to stargaze.
A friend and I were in town for a weekend. Lynda's property was perfect for our needs perfectly, big backyard for our 2 little dogs, hot showers and cold AC. We spent our evenings on the porch with our adult beverages. Each morning I walked my dog up and down the driveway to get in a little exercise. We all had a nice get away weekend.
Very clean and well decorated. Lots of snacks, coffee, and supplies. Was 94 degrees during our stay and the air conditioner kept it below 72 degrees. Would definately recomend.
Location was perfect to all attractions in the surrounding area. Beautiful location, quiet and nice place to stay! Host had just about anything you could think you would need and more!
We will plan to stay here again if in the area in the future!
The area was wonderful and peaceful. We took this trip to look around TN to find an area to settle down and live. This place was perfect to come back to after driving all over the state.
