Si l’appartement est bien situé, il est vétuste et pas entretenue

Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement sale : poussière, sur les meubles, moutons sous les lits, cafetière noire dans le bac à eau Vétusté de beaucoup de choses : les portes ferment mal, les oreillers et les couettes pas très propres, etc …
