About this property

Our house is newly renovated with a cozy decor. Colourful and bright, the Cozy Corner is a great place to put your feet up and your head down after a day on the hill or on the trails. It is conveniently located only a few blocks from downtown Golden and a block away from walking trails. Guests can enjoy the quiet sunny back porch and the large yard with stunning views of the Purcell mountains. The back shed is spacious and can be locked to store Mountain Bikes or skis.
To ensure the safety of our guests we have added extra precaution to avoid the spread of COVID 19. In addition to the strict cleaning guidelines already in place, we are also including additional preventative measures; more time between reservations (over 24 hours between Check outs and Check ins), increasing our focus on cleaning and disinfecting high touch areas such as door handles, lights switches, handrails, kitchen and bathroom faucets, doorknobs on kitchen and bathroom cupboards and appliances. We will be following the recommendation of all major health agencies including BCCDC and PHAC to encourage all visitors and staff to regularly was hands using soap and water. Disinfecting wipes, soap by sinks and hand sanitizer will all be readily available for our guests during their stay.

Golden Way Farm Wedding!

Beautiful and Comfortable house located conveniently in the heart of Golden, B.C. Spent a week preparing for my daughter's wedding. The memory of this home will forever be apart of a very special day! Charlotte made herself available, but we needed nothing. Thank you ❤️

Perfect Cabin in the Mountains

We spent a week in Golden and were lucky enough to book this lovely cabin in the mountains. Charlotte has created an excellent product. The cabin is clean, wonderfully finished and extremely comfortable. I had to work and there is an office set up that was very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Washer dryer were new and very welcome during our stay. There were little extras that we noticed that were very appreciated. Boot dryers, games and books were welcome. Sitting out front to enjoy the view at the end of the day was lovely. The location is wonderful. Just a few short blocks from the river pedestrian area makes the location very nice. The privacy afforded in the cabin is wonderful. You have a large corner lot to yourself. This is a great property to stay in while visiting Goldern

Great Stay at Cozy Corner Cottage

We loved our stay at this property for a two-week ski vacation. The cottage is clean, well appointed , located in a quiet residential area, and is walking distance to downtown Golden and numerous restaurants. We look forward to a return visit.

Ski Trip to Golden - Kicking Horse

We stayed at the Cozy Corner House for a 9 day ski trip to Kicking Horse. We usually stay on the mountain but decided to try staying in Golden this time. The drive was fast, the parking at the hill was convenient and it worked great. The house was well equipped and comfortable. Everything was great and worked really well. Thanks for hosting us. We will be back!
