Welcome to our top-floor condo at The Aspens—offering some of the best views in the entire complex. This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests, with queen beds in both bedrooms and a pull-out sofa suitable for one adult or two kids. The space features heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom, granite countertops, an eat-in bar, in-suite laundry, and underground parking for convenience.

Step outside to your private 400 sq ft deck, where you’ll find a hot tub with panoramic mountain views, a BBQ, and plenty of space to relax after a day outdoors. Inside, enjoy high-speed internet and a 40" TV for downtime.

Great place for a skitrip or hiking/MTB

Best views in Golden on the Selkirks. Place is clean, well equipped, kitchen has the basic stuff, and internet is fast.Cory is a super hots, we would love to stay there again.

Kicking Horse Resort Condo

Very comfortable & clean condo at Kicking Horse Resort. The large patio & hot tub were fantastic after a day of hiking and/or bike riding.

Great place to stay

It’s a great townhouse to stay. There is a 5 min walk up a hill to get to the run down to the gondola and you can ski back to the townhouse. We just left our skis in the garage. The spa on the balcony has a fabulous view of the mountains. If I were to be picky, we booked for 5 people but had bath and spa towels for 4, but was no biggie Cory was nice enough to let us stay later on our checkout, so we got to ski the morning which had the best snow during our stay. Highly recommend.

Amazing view

This place is a retreat. Great location with an amazing view. Every time you step outside the deck, all your stresses are gone and by the time you dip into the hot tub, you will be treated with an amazing view of the mountains. Looking forward to our next stay...soon!

A great relaxing stay!

My husband and I come to the Aspens every year after Xmas for five nights to ski, relax and recharge. This was our second time at Cory’s place and it was very clean and well-stocked with everything you need in the kitchen including spices and some condiments. Super helpful if you plan to cook. We will be back again next year!

Excellent!

This condo was an excellent base for our Kicking Horse ski trip. The location is unbeatable. It's a 3 minute walk to the trail to ski down to the lift, and because there was plenty of snow we were able to ski back all the way to the condo steps. The hot tub was a treat after long days on the slopes. Cory was a terrific host and very accommodating when I requested to change our reservation from two people to four. I would absolutely stay here again!

Best Views At The Aspens

This unit is most comfortable for 2 - 4 people wanting to relax and enjoy some quite time on the mountain. The views are spectacular from the large deck or sitting in the hot tub enjoying a refreshing beverage. Best unit in The Aspens. Highly recommend to any couple or small family wanting to experience the best The Aspens has to offer for accommodation, comfort and view. David

Great view and cozy space

We had a lovely stay here! Very easy check-in and out process. The deck, hot tub and outdoor space was great with an awesome view. You have to walk up the hill a bit to be able to ski to the chair lift (very flat for those snowboarding), but you can ski right now to the door which is nice at the end of the day. The kitchen had a lot of cups and plates, but didn't have a cookie sheet and only enough coffee for two cups. Minor details for a nice and cozy condo! Thank-you!

Home away from home

Condo with a great view and hot tub. We didn't spend much time inside the condo but in the evenings we used the hot tub almost every night. The kitchen had everything you needed spices, coffee pot, toaster,dishes and more. My only complaint about the kitchen would be that the pots and pans need to be upgraded. Parking is not for large vehicles. We have a rav 4 hybrid LE and it was a pain to try and park so we ended up parking on the street. The directions given were easy to follow and right down to opening the doors worked. Contacted the owner as we had to leave early which was easy and the response was quick. I would stay here again if we decided to come back.

Bait and Switch

I booked the property for rate listed. After booking, I received a message from the owner requesting an additional money to proceed, at which time I booked another property because I was not in agreement to payment of the additional money. Months went by and the day of the rental the owner called to notify me that the reservation was still active and he wanted his additional money. Because I was already being charged, I stayed there. The next day I received an email stating there was money from my security deposit withheld. After several emails with the owner he agreed to refund the money. Now he will not respond and no refund has been received.

The back deck has a tremendous view for outdoor dining and enjoying the hot tub after a long day of hiking and exploring the Golden area. This property was absolutely stunning. Easy to find and accurately depicted in the description. We were surprised to find extra condiments in the fridge and all the spices you could possibly need stocked in the kitchen. I would highly recommend staying here.

Hosting this space is our way of staying connected to the area and sharing it with others who appreciate the outdoors as much as we do. Whether you’re here for the powder days, the adventurous mountain biking, or the quiet mornings with a coffee, hot tub and a view, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

Kicking Horse has a unique combination of incredible terrain, stunning views, and a laid-back, uncrowded atmosphere. Whether we’re skiing steep chutes in the winter or hiking quiet alpine trails in the summer, it always feels like we’ve stepped into something wild and special. The scenery never gets old, the mountain still surprises us, and the town of Golden has just the right mix of character and charm without the touristy feel. It’s the kind of place that keeps pulling you back.
