Our family of three had a great stay. Communication with the host was easy and straightforward, and the condo was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed having the hot tub and BBQ available, and parking was easy and convenient. Overall, it was a great place for our family vacation.

Amazing place to stay! Just a 10 minute drive from downtown with amazing views. The condo was fully stocked and very clean. We were with a toddler that had plenty of room to play. Would stay here again

Fantastic apartment. Provides two good sized double bedrooms with a large kitchen, dining and seating area. Large decked area with bbq and hot tub. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

We really enjoyed our peaceful stay here. The property is just as described with beautiful views from every window and deck. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Our host Ben was quick to respond when we had a question. If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful place to stay in the mountains but not far from town and the National Parks I highly recommend you stay here.

The place had everything we needed 2 bedrooms, shared living room smart tv, kitchen and was very cozy. Leashes and dryer was helpful. Only slight downside is that it is 13 min west of Golden so added a little time when going to National parks to the east on a daily basis. The area is accessible by a small bridge which worked out okay. It appears that construction is only happening 11-6 (during night) from Sept 25-Dec 2026 which did not affect us but could affect early risers later this month. Communication was good with the host and overall would recommend highly.
