Very Private End of Row Unit.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit sleeps 4 people comfortably, perfect for a couple with children or 2 couples looking to ski and relax on the hill, with a queen size bed and either 2 twin size bed or one king size bed ( upon request ).
It comes with many upgrades including heated tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom, granite counter tops, a fully equip kitchen, an electric fireplace for some nice relaxing evenings, cable and internet.

The 400sq ft deck features a private Hot Tub, BBQ and patio dining (seasonal) and might be one of the most private settings with full view on the slopes and surrounding mountains.
No adjacent units makes it very quiet and perfect to relax after a great day outdoors.

Kicking Horse offers great skiing with a wide variety of difficulties, lots of powder and an amazing 4133 ft of vertical. The cross-country trails, located on the west side of the resort offers great valley views with many options for short or long loops in the forest.

Don't forget to switch the currency to Canadian dollars for a more accurate quote.

Kicking Horse

There’s everything you could possibly need for a fabulous stay in Ben’s unit. It’s well stocked with basics & just a short walk to Kicking Horse Resort. ( Shops here are closed mid week in shoulder season). Holden has some great cafes & restaurants. We loved it!

Mountain views

Stayed for 7 nights for our son’s wedding at Kicking Horse. Exactly as described and our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this location. Host was great and quick to respond to questions. Private setting with beautiful views of the mountains. Felt like home away from home but better. Our family would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

DH MTB Race Weekend

Great property, as described, well equipped and comfortable. The owner was very accommodating, dropped off ice cube trays for us. Always a nice breeze in the evening so it never got too hot. King bed was a bit firm for what we usually like, queen ben was very comfortable. Only complaint was the cleaners like to use highly scented detergents and dryer sheets on the sheets, which we found irritating with our allergies.

Peaceful and Lovely

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aspen village. The deck was huge and had a table, lounging chairs and our favourite part: a hot tub! The only downside was 3 power outages that occurred each day. Not the property owners fault of course, but rather annoying. Otherwise we really enjoyed the peace and beauty of the area.

Perfect Kicking Horse Spot

I came for a long weekend to ski Kicking Horse and this was a perfect pad. It was clean, comfortable, and had every amenity you could ask for: a well-stocked kitchen, a hot tub, ski storage in the garage, and easy access to the slopes. Thanks for a great stay!

Comfortable place for our family of 4

Loved the hot tub and the privacy of the place. It wasn’t super easy for our little ones to ski out of but we could easily ski to it at the end of the day. The beds were comfy and the place was clean :)

The location was great and very private! We wish that there would have been more comfortable furniture on the deck so we could enjoy the outdoors a bit more. But overall it was a great place to stay!

Kicking Horse spring break

This was a great place to stay with a great location. The unit is on the lower road tucked down at the end which gives it a more secluded feeling. The views are fantastic back up the mountain with the forest to look at in the other direction. Just a short 30 steps or so up the hill then you can jump on your skis and go straight to the base area. You can then take a trail off the resort that takes you right back to your room, with a maneuver or two. The unit had everything we needed for our stay and the hot tub was perfect for after a day of ripping around Kicking Horse. It was just what we we're looking for and the unit and the resort did not dissapoint.

Most perfect ski-in ski-out!

My two children and I spent a week skiing in Kickinghorse. What else to ask for! Beautiful snow, high mountain, amazing slopes, no wait at the lift! The condo is clean, quiet, spacious, well equipped, ski in&out, Ben, our host, was available, friendly and quick to respond. Really, I still dream of our stay in Kickinghorse.

While living in Ontario early 2000s we discovered Golden and Kicking Horse during one of our trips out west.
We fell instantly in love with the Resort and the town of Golden. Its laid back attitude, uncrowded slopes, incredible vertical and amazing in-bounds chutes coupled with some of the best powder around was everything we could wish for.
We used to travel there every Christmas and March break until the arrival of our little guy in 2013 when we just decided to move out west and enjoy the mountains as much as possible.

We've tried every resorts around (and quiet a few in Europe) and although there are some great options available, we've always came back to Kicking Horse.

What makes this property unique

The location of this unit is just really private with a great proximity to the slopes.
The deck is facing away from any other building with unobstructed view of the mountains, the forest just below makes you feel like you're alone out there when really you're in the heart of the resort.
